« Quite okay low-medium budget hotel »

Quite okay low-medium budget hotel. Quite small hotel and rooms, but with this price nice hotel with okay breakfest. Near by to train station&metro but a little bit side from city center / tourist areas.

« The lack of customer care by the onsite management team was shocking. »

On Tuesday the 26th my wife purchased a Louis Vuitton handbag in Paris. She stored the handbag in our luggage in the hotel room with a lock. On Wednesday we left the room around 8am for the day. Upon returning at 8pm she discovered the luggage had been tampered with. On investigations she found the LV hand bag missing. Looking through the bag she also found her Pandora charm bracelet Wit 15 Pandora charms and a necklace with a butterfly pendant missing. I went to the front desk to report the thefts and requested the police be contacted. The manager on duty, Julie, said that I would need to file a report at the police station and then walked away. I called her back and ask for the access log for my room and if she could check the video feeds for the floor. She gave a exasperated breath and said she did not have access to the video but would come check the access log at the door. After reviewing the log she informed us that the only other access that day was housekeeping. She also reiterated that she could not check video until the next day. Wednesday morning we spent at the police station filing a report and returned around noon. I provided copies of the police report as well as the receipt for the LV bag to the hotel. They then said something vague about me claiming it on my insurance and that the hotels insurance will work with my insurance. I was given no claim numbers or any further information to follow up with. It is clear to me that the hotel staff stole the items and as such I feel the hotel should be responsible for the losses we have incurred. These include the cost of the items as well as the lost vacation time and resources I have expended in time and effort to deal with this issue. I also do not think I should have to pay to be a victim.

« Extremely basic room that is not safe from theft »

The room was basic. Cleaning was basic also some dirt was left on a towel one day and another day a clean towel smelled very disgusting. One day I came back to find my case broken into and my laptop had been tampered with. The hotel would do nothing as nothing was stolen and never followed up on the matter at all (as if I believed they would ever do anything about it)

« Possibly my worst hotel experience »

The room was incredibly small for the price. But the worst was that at night, as I was getting ready to go to bed around midnight, I tried to close the shutters only to find out there were no shutters! I'm assuming they broke and were removed, and never replaced. Needless to say that I couldn't sleep with the street lights on my face all night. The windows also weren't soundproof so I could hear every single loud drunken person who walked down the street. Absolutely horrible experience.

It all started on check in to save time I did the online check in knowing we would be arriving late and it makes things so easy or so I thought. When we arrived we were told we needed to fill in check in paperwork and when i had advised the receptionist that I'd already checked in online he shrugged his shoulders and was adamant we fill in this paper work which I very reluctantly did And when he checked us in he and handed me the key cards no welcome drink voucher was fourth coming either. So we just went straight upto our room as it had been an extremely long day. I am an accor gold member and have never had these issues before as I always do online check in and when I arrive at a hotel I'm handed my keys etc and have no problems at all. If I do stay in paris again I will most definitely nit staying here again .

« Quiet conveniently located hotel »

Efficient check-in, clean room. Very comfortable beds (even the convertible single beds for the children). Good choice at breakfast buffet. Lack of door (or nay screening) between the two rooms of family suite was only negative experience.

« Staying in Paris in warm rooms »

We stayed at your hotel for 3 nights. I had reserved a room with 2 separate beds at the website of Accorhotels. At your site you promised modern, good beds. In reality one bed was normal, but another was a bed for travelling, low and uncomfortable! The room was hot, even we had air condition machine. Fortunately there was a balcony, we could open the door. But at night the area was very noisy, so the door had to be closed. We ate the breakfast every morning. We missed vegetables and warm dishes. The bread and cakes were delicious. The breakfast room was very hot!

« Good enough »

It was good for me, I only had to sleep and have breakfast, and wanted to be close to Gare Du Nord. This hotel met all of these requirements. However it was quite warm in the room, and an open window is unfortunately to noisy. Liked the breakfast very much, plenty of choice.

« Convenient to East Ststion »

Everything was great except for the rude behavior of the man who works in the evening. When collecting our welcoming drink, we had been told we would both receive a drink by the morning ladies, but he called my husband a liar. We have never been treated in such a rude manner by any other Accor hotel, and have always received 2 drinks. This made us feel most unwelcome.

« Some problems but value for money »

The staff we dealt with were pleasant and affable but on the evening of arrival the level of professionalism shown was below the level expected. The receptionist was not present. Later we waited 25 minutes for 2 croque-monsieur to be prepared. Cutlery had to be found after the food was ready. No red wine was available, although the morning staff did provide a complimentary glass in reparation. The litre of water was brought without glasses. The room allocated was near to a lift as requested.

Hello, I called your customer service at 09pm on 12th August in order to know if I can book a room for a friend (Paul N.) and if I can paid with my own card for him considering the following : 1) I would like to book one night from he 12th August to 13th August. 2) I'm not in the same city and so I cannot physically go to the reception of the hotel 3) My friend will arrive around 11:30pm Your personnal on the phone confirmed me that it's possible, book the room and make the pre-reservation. I received few minutes ago the confirmation of the booking. Then at 11pm (2hours after), I received a call from the hotel from your personnal named Mohamed (He refuse to give me his last name) who indicate that I must come to the reception to pay the room or send by email a picture of my credit card. I refuse and tell him that your team on the phone tell that it was ok. Then he argued that the personal on the phone made a mistake and give 2 options : One, I do what he required Two, he cancelled the room I tried to explain that it an high risk for me to share picture of my CB and I don't want. Than he informed that he cancelled the room and hang off the phone. I called back immediatly and told him that it is a unprofessional way to proceed, the misktake was done by his team and not me. He told me that it's not his problem, that I no room booked in the system. After hard word, he repeat me many times : Who are you, who are you. I simply said a customer and he said that he cancelled the reservation involving that he don't know me. I told him that my friend had issue on his CB and cannot pay involving that he'll sleep on the street because of your mistake. He told me that he don't care. He was really agressive and refuse to give his last name, only said I'm Mohamed. My friend has issue with CB and was not able to pay so finally I accepted and share my CB micture by email. His behavious was unappropriate and extremely agressive. I'm really disappointed and chock by such behaviour. I used to travel for my personnal job as Project Manager for an american company and I'll not use anymore this hotel. Please train your personnal to avoid to repeat such situation and informed this Mohamed that he was totally unprofessionnal and had an unappropriate behaviour. Benjamin SALAUN-PENQUER
