Hotel staff and management are helpful and friendly, location is ideal for my office and convenient for driving home on Fridays, comfortable rooms, and good parking (at a cost) Adrian and Marc at top staff.

Facilities were clean, could have done with extra pillows and towels in the room. TV allows you to connect your device for youtube etc but the internet signal was bad. Kettle in room was broke.

Hotel is clean and tidy, and the food is good value. I am a bit concerned that they use a pending payment system if you are going to eat at the hotel. They spend an amount with no idea what you are going to eat during the stay. The towels are too thin and quite small

Stayed fourteen days in quiet, clean and comfortable room, exactly what I wanted, hotel room cleaned fast and very well, wifi excellent, as I don't like cold very appreciated and loved very hot water in the bathroom, all worked well for me there.

« Nice budget clean hotel »

Nice budget hotel, 15 minutes walk from Barking station. It takes 20 or 40 minutes to get London center by train or underground. The rooms are clean. Every day room cleaning and towel change. Coffee and tea in the room.

The hotel was fine, just what we were expecting. The only downside is the size and quality of the towels. They are very thin and have been washed many times. The size would be alright for a hand towel, but does need to be larger for a shower or bath.

Room as expected, hotel nice and quiet with not a lot of sound of other guests. Our only beef is that the towels are of a poor quality and small.

Enjoyed staying in this hotel. Much improved from the last time I stayed. A beautiful experience. Should make provision for family with 3 kids instead of paying for an extra room.
