Overall good. We always choose ibis whenever we have to travel. But this time, we found the duvet not as warm as the other ibis hotels. Except that, all went smoothly. The receptionists are helpful.

I have regular business in East London and routinely stay at this hotel. The reception staff a friendly and are aware of returning clients. The complimentary drink on arrival is a nice touch and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Welcome was warm with a map of London a small London bus key chain. Room was rather clean but with some burn marks on the curtain. Shower was more or less okay but due to not having tight doors and holes as handles water was spraying into the bathroom when not cautious.

Location was a problem but overall for 20 euros a night I think it was good.the only thing I can say that the towels are a bit smelly

Rooms were clean but could be cleaner. Staff could be more friendly - something to work on. The person who looked like a manager looked like they really didn’t want to be there. The bathroom wasn’t the greatest in cleanliness but wasn’t the worst either. I think it’s a 2 star for a reason. But I reckon it could be at least a 3 star to be honest. The “iron room” is awful. First of all it shouldn’t exist and all guests should be able to at least borrow a iron when needed. The iron room is soooo hot and sweaty. There’s no fans in there or any kind of fresh air.

Nice welcome. Friendly and helpful staff. Food in the bar was ok and there's nowhere much else around there. Room was fine and the heating was easy to control. I'm not sure why I was given an accessible room as I hadn't asked for one and didn't need it. The bathroom was huge and would have accommodated a wheelchair - except that the sliding door wouldn't open wide enough to allow a wheelchair through. The door was also awkward and quite heavy to move.
