Fair value for your money, did not do breakfast. We had our evening dinner there on 2 evenings and it was poor each evening, Fish pie and chicken leek and mushroom pie, it was difficult to find the fish and the chicken was invisible, chips and mashed potato poor, fish and chips also poor, burgers were MacDonald standard, many items on the menu were not available, we should have known as the restaurant was empty each evening. Good place to stay but not good for food.

Amazing place to stay, friendly service, great location and the staff are well attended with customers. Been using this place for over a year, always giving a brilliant service and a homely feeling. Shoutout to; Sonya on her amazing professionalism and her team at barking (red) ibis!

Rooms are very tired

Shower tray slopes away from plug hole and floods.(room320) No working air con in rooms Plug in sink seized and doest operate so sink can’t be filled with water I have been staying with Inis for four years and have had this room before . Why keep charging the full rate for a nonfunctional bathroom?

Friendly staff, clean room and a good breakfast. The Wi-Fi is good throughout (if that’s important to you!). Cheap parking, for London, and I especially liked that I could watch Netflix on the room tv! Happy to stay here with my family if I was visiting again.

WORST MANAGMENT AND PEOPLE SKILLS

We paid to park at the hotel for 2 nights and were left with a PCN on £80. Me and my partner have been calling and emailing the hotel for almost a month now. We have been extremely misled and passed around between hotels, I've recently called the hotel to try to get correct information and was shouted at on the phone by "manager Sony/Sophi". The staff members are extremely disrespectful and rude. The manager hanged up the phone on me and even since I've been trying to call the hotel and nobody picks up the phone. This s now my 15th attempt to get through the hotel and nobody answers the phone line.

Dear 670gabrielan, I must admit that I am completely shocked at the utterly false allegations that you have raised against the hotel and our employees. It is in the benefit of all readers to know that the PCN that you've received was related to another hotel and not our property. It clearly appears that you did not even take the time to properly check the letter that you've received from the car parking enforcement company. Due to this you harassed and verbally abused hotel employees over the phone to the extent that they had to end the conversation. Then you decided yesterday to turn up to the hotel to verbally abuse and humiliate employees in front of other guests for about 1 hour. When you finally realised that the PCN that you received was related to another hotel you just left the premises without even giving a simple apology. To add additional context, you had been already advised of this by email on previous communications. Please be advised that you have now been banned from future stays and will no longer be welcome to the hotel. Jordi PENA
