Not so good, front desk slow and not working key room; restaurant closes too soon and no room services. We were in a large group, although everyone pre-check from AZUL airline we had to endure a long and slow check-in process, that led to missing the dinner. Hove NOVOTEL get hold together guests and room service, as for you value.

Bad wifi, outdated rooms

The rooms are old and need an update. But the main issue of this hotel isotherm WiFi — it’s not enough even for regular emails, much less for zoom calls or meetings. For those who need to be connected and work while traveling, or even if you would like to relax watching an You Tube vídeo, this hotel is not for you. I won’t be going back.
