the staff doesn't speak English, but they were able to help me, the room was ok, breakfast ok, but in the day I was later for the breakfast (8h30) there was almost no sliced fruits. No welcome drink, a paper for the dinner, but it was not explained how to use it, so I was not able to use

Ibis Longwy Mexy is a standard Ibis hotel. The room was basic but adequate. The bed was comfortable, the plumbing worked and the room was clean. We did not use the restaurant or breakfast facility.

it was Ok for 1 night on the road. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. However the building and the rooms are old, bad cigarette smell almost everywhere including in non smoking room, noisy from the road and couldn't fix the hot water in the shower.

No restaurant service at the weekend

Contrary to the information on the website, arrived for a weekend stay to find no restaurant facilities available for the whole weekend. As a weary traveler this is not the news you wish to hear when you check in. Will make me very reluctant to use IBIS again as they cannot be trusted to have accurate information on the web site. Room was clean but smelt stale with occasional whiffs of cigarette smoke thro' the air con. Bed comfortable.
