We had never stayed here before though had a number of appointments in the area so gave it a go. Very impressed with the hotel as a whole, even with the covid restrictions in place the staff member who appeared to be running the entire hotel did such a great job and made us feel so welcome. The foyer was neat and tidy and the room was the same as well as being extremely quite. Highly recommend and we will be back over the next few weeks as it was a great stay and impressed us both. Thanks for your efforts.

Staff very friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the room was great quite and spotless, the breakfast was well worth having and presented well, parking was easy. We will come back again soon

Never previously stayed here before and was pleasantly surprised with easy check-in and great service from the staff member whom was covering both the counter and the rooms due the covid restrictions. Just like to thank her for a great stay and was always very helpful with any inquires that we had. Room was great and very quite considering it was on a main road in Melbourne and easy to get to. Everything was well maintained from the entrance to the room. Only downside was that the restaurant was closed but understand with the situation at present. Highly recommend and plan on staying there again over the next few weeks for appointments in the area. Thanks again for a great stay.

We were very well looked after by the lovely lady on reception. When we told her it was my 70th birthday she gave us a complimentary bottle of red wine, with a nice handwritten card. The room was nicely appointed, with only a couple of minor things not quite right.

We were once again impressed with the staff and our stay at G W Novotel. Staff have a professional manner and nothing is too much trouble. The only suggestion I have for improvement is that hand towels need to be supplied as it is the item we we use the most in the bathroom.

We love staying here tho there where a few things that would have been nice to know before we stayed this time. The restaurant was closed both days we there there and staying with the kids made it tricky. Also we stayed with the promo of the school holidays kids stay and eat free but we had to buy breakfast boxes as there was no other options so was alittle disappointed.
