For the cost per room the rooms are average with a cheap shower head in a shower bath combo. Expect slightly higher quality

Ideally located for my business trip, close to dining and easy access to freeway. Disappointed that have to pay for parking AND was not informed prior booking stay. Strongly feel that $25 per night for parking is a major rip off.

I felt the lack of staff and services, the unavailability of services due to shortages was noticeable. Breakfast was fine if staying one or two nights but longer was uninspiring. Think price did not reflect the holes in the system

Was good to stay but the lighting in the bathroom need to be more bright.

Room not serviced, no fresh milk added to the room fridge for coffee, very noisey level one room. Breakfast was good and service at front desk lovely. Just need to work on servicing rooms.

It is disappointing that you still leverage COVID as an excuse for no room service, 3 day cleaning etc. On this trip we had a conference in the city with Pre arranged accommodation, your competition is not having the same challenges and offered full service

Food took an hour and half to arrive on the first night and was bland. Bar was understaffed at time. Breakfast hash brown appeared to be leftovers from the previous day. I say this because I was at the buffet when it opened at 6.30am and the hash browns were soft a Luke warm. You would expect that if they were recently fried they would be hot and crispy.

Swimming pool closed for no reason and took 2 hours for reception to find maintenance to confirm pool can be used. Hard to get reception Charged bill wrongly. This need to be improved.
