As usual we had a great stay. The rooms are always spotless, the service fantastic and the restaurant is top class. It is ideally located for us to the east of the city, given we live in the east of the state.

On the first day, I lost my phone in a taxi and the staff did everything they could to get it back, while being rushed customers. My phone was back in 40 minutes really showing a customer centric focus and how fracture team will go to help customers.

« Another Lovely Few Days at the Novotel Glen Waverley »

Overall, we are so impressed with the Novotel Glen Waverley. We appreciate the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the location which is perfect for our stay being close to places we visit and also is so accessible by train when we don"t wish to drive (into the city). We loved the shower - the best we have encountered anywhere - an we travel a lot. We also really appreciated Michael and the older Indian lady in the breakfast room. They were so delightful to see each morning. They were always so caring and friendly. We also liked the fact that there are only 6 levels so we never had to wait long for the lift. I gave the final score a 9 as, on the last day, we were given no tea/coffee, minimal towels, no soap (after taking a soap we had begun to use) and - the worst of all - leaving our bag of rubbish which had been taken out of the container by the cleaner and left on the bench under the TV.

« Satisfied but need to up your game »

Rooms were comfy, We stayed for 5 nights unfortunately we were served with the same choices for breakfast every morning. Additionally we were charged 25 bucks each night for the parking, would not have expected at least in Glen Waverly.
