I was fortunate enough to experience this lovely experience whilst getting ready for my wedding. I also spent a few days there with my husband. It was our mini honeymoon and we loved every moment of it. Staff went out of there way to make my special day extra special.

A comfortable, quality, quiet and friendly place to retreat and enjoy our own time. Attentive friendly staff and well managed hygiene standard for our safety with sanitisers at key points of entry and secure entry/exit. Comfy spacious rooms well appointed to cater to our needs and self help during the stay (laundry). Just a few minutes walk from the lake wharf and eateries. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Three nights in a room overlooking the lake. Our second night was New Year's Eve and we had delicious meal in the hotel restaurant. Very comfortable bed with pillow options. A bonus is hot tub in the garden. For a self proclaimed five star hotel we expected a digital TV with Netflix and a speaker system for Spotify. Neither were available.

While not bad, the overall experience was very average. This hotel is definitely not a 5-star as claimed. I have stayed at the Millennium up the road and it is actually better for half the price. The St Moritz lobby is the most impressive bit. Other than that everything else is very, very ordinary. We ate at the restaurant each day of our stay and the food offering was actually quite poor - especially for the claimed 5 stars. Also, the staff got something wrong on our breakfast order every single day. The rooms were ok, if a little tired, and there was not even air conditioning - again, pretty poor for a 5-star. Even the hot tubs are not available after 9pm when it is still light outside at 10pm in Queenstown. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else at the prices charged.

Room was perfect with a great view. The only downside was that our boxed breakfast was not what was agreed previously with the restaurant so we were quite disappointed considering the price we paid for breakfast during our stay. Overall, a good stay but might skip the breakfast next time

Second time I've stayed here, first time was over 10 years ago. Both times I experienced their standard of excellence. The place is tidy, feels very nice. Could do with a revamp of the spa area, and a clean of the garden wall, but overall a beautiful place.

The hotel is well decorated. The lavender pillow is really good to helped relax and sleep well. During checked-in was good, the staff was really friendly. I stayed in Alpine suite 1 BR balcony with lake view. The room was nice and clean, and has absolutely stunning view. BUT, it's kinda ridiculous for a 5 star hotel that you have to PAY every single movie that you wanna watch, it doesn't make sense for a 5 star hotel with such a price. I've been to a lot of hotel especially 5 star hotel and been to a lot of AllAccor group that even below 5 star, and none of them have to pay for the movie. So this is ridiculous for me. After checked-in, me and my partner went out to enjoy our night, and when we came back, it turned out our card key is not working for the door (the guest entry - carpark area), we tried to rang the bell but no one answer neither open the door for us, so I have to call the hotel from my mobile, and luckily the staff picked up the call and opened the door for us and changed the key and apologize about that. But, this thing happened again on the second day. And it was really unpleasant for us. We ordered meals from room service, we ordered the lasagna and calamari, both portions were unbelievably small, especially calamari. Again, never been disappointed from any other hotel room service especially in term of portions. The lasagna was cook beautifully, but under season, it was pretty bland. But, the calamari was pretty good, it just was so small, we just got few super skinny cut of calamari on the plate, but the taste was good. During check-out, I was surprised to get such a high bill, it says I haven't paid for my room for the last night, and then I showed the staff the email that I got from Accor reservation itself that it has been paid and nothing to be paid at the hotel, I was really ANNOYED by that, cause that's totally ruined my other expectations from this hotel and make me really unsatisfied with the service. The staff also said, the deposit that I paid it's just got hold, and he already cancelled, so I'm ok with that. But when I checked my bank account it turns out that I paid the deposit, and clearly I haven't got my deposit back. Again I was so annoyed by that! So please, whoever's read this please brief and check the staff and everything carefully. Your room is actually good, it such a shame this thing happened and ruined people holiday and expectations especially with a high price like that.

Thank you Hotel St Moritz for going the extra mile and caring for us when Covid struck. We booked in on Tuesday morning and by 1.00 that day the lockdown was called!! The staff were brilliant, breakfast the next day was delivered to the room and considering the situation, was excellent. St Moritz is absolutely our destination of choices in Queenstown and this experience has reconfirmed that fact. Thank you.

Staff go out of the way at this hotel, short stroll to centre of Queenstown. Lovely lake views. Like a classic ski lodge. Have stayed here many times and always enjoy my stay here. Thank you Alfredo and team!

First time staying at St Moritz Queenstown. The experience starts the moment we checked-in, lovely smiles and warm welcome from the front desk team. The hotel feels luxurious and clean. Five minutes walk to the town centre (prepare to walk up hill on your way back). Food at the Lombardi restaurant are excellent. The eye filet steak and prawn fettuccini are highly recommended. Very happy with the hotel and will be staying here again on our next Queenstown visit.
