Clean room, good breakfast, very helpful staff.

Very nice hotel .staff friendly especially John and Olivia who went above and beyond to help us . Just one thing that I missed was a fridge to cool drinks down in the hot weather and some vending machines would b nice for some snacks Carolx

Hotel is central and the roof is great. Bed very comfortable, everywhere clean and the staff went above and beyond.

I've got great support from the hotel staff. I will come back to the hotel just because of it!

Very lovely stay at ibis, good check in, clean room apply to all COVID necessary measures, clean bed, clean room, clean bathroom, good breakfast, well maintained room, fast check out.

Stayed here a number of times before and was always a comfortable stay with great service and clean rooms. Now you can see that they really care about people when the procedures are focusing even more on the cleanliness to make sure you feel safe in this Hotel. I will definitely stay here again!

It is an old Ibis Hotel. A bit worn out, not that clean, a small Room.

I think it is very diffucult to manage a hotel during the covid and I haven’t seen any major issues. I haven’t used air condition to avoid circulated air coming into my room therefore it has lowered my overall experience - clearly not your fault during the summer. I know rooms has been designed differently. One note - I had room 411 booked and a few rooms in my neighbourhood had doors closing very drastically by the automated lever, sometimes made me awaken during the night, maybe worth getting checked to improve overall experience across the floor.

The hotel is very good located a couple of meters away from Kalvin ter. Rooms are nice and well equipped. Service is very efficient and friendly. Breakfast is very good even in corona times. All very clean and save.

I`m traveling regularly, all over the world business, ... to Hungary as well, … In this difficult time is not easy to make decision to travel, and to feel safe, but I did, to Ibis Budapest Centrum. I can tell, it was nice experience, ... the staff was all over, very vigilant to do as much possible, for health safety. Frequently cleaning, they disinfected every two hours, they did carry out distance measures, ... rooms are always clean but now even more. I was there 10 days. I came back healthy without any infection; ... it was great.

We had a really good experience at your hotel rooms were nice and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful

4 day stay in Budapest, March 2020. Hotel was perfect location as a base for sightseeing. Metro station about 40 metres up road at end of the street. Street is pepepred with loads of restaurants and bars, mahy with traditional Hungarian cooking. Great hotel in a great spot.
