Very nice hotel with close location. Great new manager . Great day shift staff. The only issue is the night shift I don’t remember his name I have some complain about him and I told him I am going to rise it.

Shouldn't be an Ibis hotel

The entire experience was very bad. The staff kept arguing with everything we said (room not ready, check in times, key function, number of guests in reservation, breakfast inclusive etc), cleanliness was definitely an issue with moldy ceiling, leaking shower and stains on the walls. There isn't a restaurant, hwen it's clearly stated on their services, and it was one of the main reasons why I booked this hotel, as I have a small child. Gratefully there was a good Turkish restaurant just outside the hotel. There isn't hot food in the breakfast. I have contacted the hotel via email a couple of weeks before our arrival and it was never responded. Upon check in I requested a quiet room, and it was given a room on top of a bus station. This should carry the Ibis flag. The only positive thing is that there is a mtletro station almost in front on the hotel, which made commute easier.

Room ambience is really poor and absolutely not like shown over the internet. We didn't feel pleasant when lived in room. We didn't have good sleep over sofa bed. Also there was not good ambience of restaurant as well. Food was ok. Most importantly, we didn't feel pleasent in hotel due to ambience either in room or hotel during our stay.
