Check in was straight forward. Room very clean and comfy. Friendly staff who helped me print my boarding pass for my early morning flight as the hotels PC's couldn't connect to the internet. Staff also booked my early morning taxi to Charleroi airport. Overall i enjoyed my nite at this hotel

Nice but small room

No sleep for half the night.

Breakfast was good. Unfortunately the room was too hot. It was not possible to sleep there. I could change the room after complaining. That’s fine but anyway have the night was without sleep.

Everithing was very good, just one remark. It was too hot in the room. The air conditionning didn't work.

Very quite, friendly stuff. But later I found out that there is no towel in the room, after calling reception, other guy picked up the phone and told me I shall go and pick them at the reception .. not very nice since it is not my duty to go and look for the missing towel.

I don't think you should send this survey considering the very exceptional timing with the Covid-19 going on. For sure the situation was not the best and even for the hotel personnel not an easy situation, and I would like to thanks them for being there during this period.

The parking code was constantly changed which made access complicated. For a 2 day stay, I was satisfied.

Good parking little expensive. Missing a electrical 220 V near bed side for medical equipment.

I needed a hotel in Charleroi in order to get my plane that took off in the morning from Charleroi airport. The hotel is very well located, in front of the station and the airport bus stop. The breakfast was EXCELLENT, very varied and full of choices, and from very soon in the morning. My CONGRATULATIONS to the people who realize this jewel!

The location of the hotel was very convenient (shopping center and train station nearby) but we had the misfortune of having a drink customer banging on our door at 2am, thinking it was his room. I called the reception and an employee came right away to deal with the situation. I am extremely grateful for this intervention, however I probably won't go back to the hotel since I did not feel safe there.
