Nice hotel very spacious bedroom. I would have liked a shower with a smaller step. I enjoyed the breakfast although there wasn't any eggs and just one cereal's bread at 8.30. To have more I would have had to wait 15 mns for the cook to bake it. Never mind.

Stayed for two nights for rugby match. As close to Stad Mayol as you can get. Good breakfast but continental in style, could have catered better for Welsh fans. Good bar with some character. The bar did run out of beer after the match, bad planning. Staff were great and had good english. Close to seafront with great bistros.

The refurbished ground floor is so much more user friendly - a great improvement. Breakfast much improved too. You coped brilliantly with Scarlets fans - such fun and so relaxed. I would never think of staying anywhere else when we play Toulon (staying with Ibis in Bayonne for first time when we play them on 7th). Thank you very much for being so efficient, friendly and welcoming. PS I would have given you a '10' except our shower was blocked and the noisy tanker outside kept me awake

I enjoyed the hotel, the position, the breakfast. But i slept very bad two nights in a row (my stay was 2 nights). Too hot in the room with the duvet, too cold without it, too cold with duvet and air conditioning on. Immediately after summer with 25 °C outside, it is not fair to have a bed with duvet only. Since the first service of a hotel is to offer a place to sleep well, i cannot be satisfied. Minor remark: the receptionist only spoke french to me, without asking if I would be able or not. Not professional. A partnership for a discount at the parking would be a plus

Staff at reception were courteous and helpful. Cafe servers were good during the day but attendants need to be more interactive during breakfast time to help customers coming to the hotel first time. That said all were okay otherwise. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Hotel is clean and functional and room pleasant. Overall experience could be better if restaurant menu offered vegetarian options, there was a hint of generosity (e.g. two bottles of water in a double room rather than one) and more attention were paid at breakfast to matters such as replenishing empty jam pots or the cheese tray.
