We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Woolworths and fast food options across the street. The service from Jack was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure me and my family were comfortable. Rooms were outdated but the suite was nice, and everything was well cleaned. Look forward to our next stay. Thank you Jack and team.

no restaurant, yet still same tariff

However, We do have Full Buffet breakfast 7 days a week. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. The Restaurant was closed and the reception did not tell me either when I booked or when I checked in. This left me in a difficult position trying to find somewhere to eat after a long trip I have stayed at this hotel many times and this would have to be the worst exprieence.

As an Accor member for long time I booked 13 rooms with Mercure parramatta . I spoke to person staff at Mercure on 27/06/2022 name Ben was very rude and unprofessional as I asked about the complementary welcome coupons his answer was that I don’t know that is all . He was totally unprofessional this kind of behaviour is unacceptable as it’s a reputation of the Hotel.
