I got a couple’s package for my wedding night and it was memorable. With a wonderful view to the park, late check out and wonderful breakfast at my room, it was surely memorable. Shower water took a bit too long to warm up but not such a bug deal.

I just wanna give a big shout out to James in Pullman Restaurant as one of their new trainees. I think he could be a great leader someday. Connection, customer rapport and genuine care for customers is a big thing for me. He all has it. You are an excellent worker. You care for each guests that arrived in restaurant. Ao mesmo tempo, lamentamos não atender todas as suas expectativas. Estamos passando por um processo de adaptação de amenities em nosso hotel. A Accor está engajada há muitos anos sobre as questões de sustentabilidade e possui o objetivo de substituir progressivamente os itens de plástico de uso único por alternativas mais ecológicas, como a substituição de produtos de higiene pessoal por dispensadores, redução de embalagens de plástico para alimentos no restaurante, remoção de copos plásticos, etc. Esperamos ter oportunidade de proporcionar mais experiências Pullman em breve!
