« Great views and location. Weak service. »

Stayed in a spacious, contemporary furnished junior suite. The mattress was ready to be replaced and the thermostats remained faulty (pegged at 19 degrees) even after I requested it’s repair. Free Espresso pods and water we’re not replaced daily and required regular calls to house keeping despite the guest service manager’s assurance that it would be addressed. The gym is above average for a hotel.

« Very comfortable as usual, one small but »

Great as usual, I was given a nice room. Comfortable bet, quiet, nice bathroom. The one snag is that the water bottles were not replenished when the room was cleaned between the two nights, so I had to drink water from the tap (not recommended) or pay for expensive water from the minibar.

« Good room but noisy. »

I was given a room in the last floor of the hotel which was very noisy, probably because of the watering storage, elevator engines and other stuff. It was very difficult to sleep because of the noise. Other than that, room was great, super clean.

Excellent location close to the park. The view from the room was amazing. There there some small issues in the room but staff fixed everything very fast. The restaurant onsite is very good! I really liked everything except for poor checkin experience, only one person was checked in when two were present at the counter and booking was for two. I realised that we only have one key at the door and when asked another member to add the second key as two people are in the room but he just swapped the card and deactivated the old one! Had to go down again for the third time to fix everything.

« Wonderful anniversary in the city »

We decided to spend our anniversary in the city because of our busy schedule. We thought it was going to be too fast and we wouldn't be able to rest, but happily, we were wrong. We were pampered in every detail possible and had a wonderful time. We'll certainly go back.

The hotel is a great value. Many airline crews stay there because if that. I would only suggest to have fluffier towels. The rest is excelent. People in the hotel always smile. Love it. Security is highly visible making it feel good

It was wonderful. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. The accommodations were just perfect and the breakfast full of delightful options. The only minor inconvenience that we had was with the magnetic key card which failed to work lots of time. Other than that, can´t complain at all.

« Upscale hotel close to Ibirapuera park »

I chose this hotel as I wanted to go running in the morning in the park without taking taxi. I arrived late in the night... I was hoping some comprehension from the hotel staff about my sleepless status, which was not there, but that is the only hiccup. The rest went all smoothly. Nice room, good bed, rich breakfast.
