I travel often to Sao Paulo and I really enjoy staying at this hotel, it has a Big City look but Boutique hotel feel, the staff are charming and helpful,it has become my favorite place to stay!

It was a “staycation” for our anniversary and we choose Pullman over the reviews and location. When I arrived at the room I was disappointed with the view. I assumed since I booked the most expensive room (Jr. Suite) that I would get a Ibirapuera Park side (as shown on the website). Despite the disappointment, I can’t complain, as long as I ASSUMED and was not sure. Unfortunately, lots of minor details happen during the day: the front desk staff didn’t answer the phone, we received a complimentary dessert at our arrival with no silverware; the recommended plate of Taste It Restaurant was not available and the whatsapp number in which we were asked to make our room service orders didn’t reply (until today there is no answer), then we had to order our room service through the the front desk phone (that we had to dial FIVE times to get an answer) and then received our diner without napkins, we also asked twice for two wine glasses and needed to wait over 30 minutes. And the jacuzzi tv set box was not working.

The hotel is beautiful, well located, the room was clean and organized. The shower is great. However, the only thing that frustrated us was the room service. We asked dinner, we paid a fairly loud value, and the food was frustrating. It was no taste. The pasta looked like it had been made with sauce ready and cost a fortune. The gastronomic experience was really frustrating.

Esteemed, On the night of my stay, I had arrived late from a work appointment, I was with two more guests from the hotel and a friend, it was 22: 08hs and we went to the lobby restaurant for dinner, when we arrived there to our surprise we were denied to entry due to the determination of the State of SP to close at 22h. I understand and we must always respect the laws, what I don´t understand is that I am a guest and not a customer who was on the street and decided to come in for dinner. To complete the bad experience, we sat at the bar and ordered an aperitif and the response was immediate saying no, so I asked how is that possible? Is there nothing to enjoy just drinking water? Then after expressing my disappointment I was brought a bowl of peanuts. Dear Srs, my expectations for this hotel are of a 5 star hotel as I was always corresponded, whenever I go to SP I stay at Pullman, but I confess that this time I was disappointed with the way that the matter was treated. Staff amazing, but nobody informed about 2 waters for free or other things. I used suite upgrade and it was a terrible choice as the suite was beside the lifts and extremely noise all night, I asked about changing room but nothing was offered to me. It is a Pullman but not 100%

Good stay, despite the pandemic situation the hotel crew learn to manage the situation quite well. Reservation process was a bit messy, but service during staying was outstanding.

The hotel is in a very good location and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. However, there are some issues with the Covid-19 protocols and more in general with the management. 1) I am fine with room service every other day, but every three days is just too much. Service can be requested, but I see that there could be a shortage of staff and therefore sometimes it is a bit slow. This could be improved. 2) There are not many hand sanitizer stations on the floor. 3) As regards managements, it is surprising that the managements is not familiar with the Business Plus subscription and its perks, such as guaranteed late checkout at 4pm. On top of this, I had serious difficulties understanding the itemized receipt, where it looked like taxes were charged twice. To finalize a poor experience with the management, I had my points posted to my account for an incorrect amount, then deducted, then I had to contact the hotel and my request is currently pending. These are all things that should be managed efficiently and quite automatically by a hotel of this level. Other than these issues, it is obviously a great hotel but improvements could be made to make a stay and the check-out experience more enjoyable.

From check in to check out We had a great experience. All staff very attentive and focus on guest needs. I have one observation that should be look at. I, as many guests have intolerance to perfume and strong smells - it is not allergy, intolerance is your system saying no to any smell that is mans made. AS we enter the room the perfume was intolerable that I have to open the windows and let tem open. It did not help at all. This is a condition that many guests have, strong small is not a sign of cleaning's. At check out i have mentioned it to the front desk but I want to make sure you are aware of it.

The hotel is a great value. Many airline crews stay there because if that. I would only suggest to have fluffier towels. The rest is excelent. People in the hotel always smile. Love it. Security is highly visible making it feel good

I've stayed in this hotel numerous times before and the hotel itself did not disappoint. Good amenities, large size gym, strong wifi signal, very clean, close to good restaurants. All in all very comfortable and welcoming. The one gripe I have during my last trip is that I was charged 1 extra day of parking because I decided to utilize my late-check out benefit. Not complaining about the cost or the poor parking service. It's the fact that I was not informed well in advance of this pending charge. Had I known, I would've understood and moved on. In any case, this was very disappointing and I hope hotel management would be so kind as to warn guests in advance of any potential surprising charges they may incur.

The hotel is nice and modern. I've stayed several times before and enjoyed it. My issue on this stay is that housekeeping didn't clean my room even though I asked for it to be cleaned twice. I was also initially placed in a room reserved for flight attendants as there was no mini bar. Fortunately one of the members of the reception staff changed me to a better room. It's a nice property, I just dont think that I should have to manage by stay as much. Things like a good, clean room should be automatic.

Didn't Disappoint

I stayed in this particular Pullman Hotel before and was happy with them, though I expected as such given their established star rating. This visit, however, I was particularly impressed overall. The front desk personnel were helpful, courteous and accommodated my online requests, The amenities were on point - gym was good although they should get appropriately sized collars for the bigger diameter weight bars. Food and service at restaurant was good but if you're interested in local dining, the hotel is fairly close to some really exceptional restaurants and these are an Uber ride away. All in all, very pleased and happy for a weekend stay. Will book again when I am in this part of the world again.
