Poky room - the ironing board could not fit in any cupboard. The cupboard could only be opened about 40% because the bedside table was blocking it. The reception staff were friendly enough but the rooms were below an acceptable standard for a Sydney CBD hotel.

Great stay, with friendly & very helpful staff. Add to that a good hearty breakfast. The only thing I would suggest is second chair. And if they were more comfortable. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our time. Thank you.

Stayed 3 nights at ibis world square sydney and i am quick satisfied with their service. Consider the location is pretty good near the CBD area. The room is also clean and cozy.

Room not as cleaned as what i’m used to with Ibis. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was a bit moldy. Decorative pillows on bed smelled like they haven’t been washed in a long time. Definitely not washed after every stay. Otherwise room has all you need and again great location and friendly staff.

« Missing items from my room. Management not interested »

A very expensive undergarment went missing from my room. I called the reception and told them about it. It could have got mixed up with the laundry by accident and they said they'd chase it up with the off site laundry service and the manager would get back to me. I've called several times and the manager has been left several messages but has not tried to contact me. All I can assume is the laundry did not find and therefore the maid may have taken them on purpose. However, the hotel seems like it couldn't care less.

Staff friendly. Room tidy, but very small for the price. Carpet had a raised section in it that we had to be careful not to trip over.

Everything was ok. Reception didn't know what to do with the accor voucher, I ended up hanging onto it until check out. Tv didn't work. Bed, shower, block and block out curtains good.

« Well located-good spot. Aircon annoying as they are on sensors.... »

Good spot - friendly staff. Aircon very annoying. It was a hot 2 days in Sydney. When we first checked into the room, it was in direct sunlight and the aircon was off. It was SWELTERING! Turned the aircon on and went down for a drink. Came back half an hour later and it was off again. Realised the aircon is on sensors that turn it off when you leave the room. Very annoying on a hot day! Apart from that, good stay

Lovely room. Although small, the carpet was plush, there was an iron and ironing board as well as a fridge and big screen TV. The room was also very quiet.
