Overall happy with hotel but we booked this hotel as it had a restaurant and we had stayed there before however, on arrival we were very disappointed to find the restaurant was closed and there had been no mention of this on Accor booking site meaning we had to go back out again to find somewhere to eat every evening.

Well located for O2 Arena

Hotel well located from Elizabeth line tube station. Used hotel to go to the O2 Very helpful staff who give us train and tube information of how to get to O2. Several people used this but we decided to catch a taxi (hotel called one) Taxi price was £25 (which we thought good split between 4 of us) Only downside is there isnt anything to do if wanting to stay around area next day.

From arriving at reception to checking out, all the staff made an effort to ask if they could do anymore. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked with a very good rotation and has a large selection of hot and cold items. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed and shower above my expectation. Would definately recommend the hotel and return again. Well done and thank you to all who made my stay enjoyable.

Could have been better

We arrived for our 18th Wedding Anniversary , it was booked the year before as we were going to watch Rod Stewart at the O2 so I'm glad we only had one night stay as we arrived to building maintenance being done right outside are room which was very loud so glad we had to leave to watch the show
