Clean rooms with decent wifi, helpful staff at reception. Also decent choices of food for evening and breakfast. All in all a great place to stay with easy access to Excel exhibition halls which is why I was staying. Only issue was quite dark underpass to Docklands Light Railway, but obviously can't blame the hotel for that!!!!

Room spartan but clean. Bed comfortable enough. Room warm. Shower and bathroom acceptable. wifi good so could work. breakfast adequate and handy. All in ticked the boxes, although nothing to write home about.

From the checking I was very well received by the hotel manager. The check in process was very smooth, and he also helped me to find a restaurant on my way to the O2 arena so I could catch my event there. The room was super clean, and the bed was great.

Good welcome but things started to go down in the fact that Friday evening we decided to eat in we were informed there was only sandwiches or pizza this was around 6-7pm, staff apologised and assured us this was a 1 off so we had pizza. The same happened again on the Saturday evening with staff suggesting we order food via 'Just eat' as we are not familiar with apps we again ordered a pizza. We are extremely disappointed with Ibis hotels as you claim to offer a 'full menu'! The other disappointment was we clearly put on our room door handle a request for our room to be cleaned on Saturday upon returning to the hotel, we found no-one had in fact cleaned our room. Other than those 2 incidents we were satisfied with Ibis

Enjoyed our stay. We were 4 families of 3 all booking separately yet roomed next to each other. Room was cosy. Bed was comfy. Only thing I would say is there was only two mugs etc for hot drinks - despite being three.

« Clean twin room, friendly staff »

Our room was ready on arrival. Very basic, as any other Ibis hotel, yet clean and comfortable. We had to move the twin beds apart, but no hassle. I didn't get my free drink voucher on arrival, but we just had to ask for it during our stay. Friendly staff, good location for that side of London and an easy to walk to a couple of tubes.

Overall okay stay. Upon check in, they assigned us to a double room, when we had booked a family room. When confirmed with reception, they said “there were no family rooms in the hotel” despite me making the booking directly on the accorhotels website. After a couple of minutes discussing with reception, we were transferred to a different room, and the person pointing out that the only difference between the two rooms was the sofa bed - which is exactly why we booked a family room and not a double room. Aside from this hiccup, satisfied with service.
