We were delighted by our recent stay at the Ibis, Bordesley Circus. Room was very clean and spacious. It was surprisingly quiet too, despite being on a main road. We brought our elderly dog, Suzy, with us too and were warmly welcomed. The staff were amazing, really friendly and welcoming to us all. Suzy the dog was thoroughly spoilt by Atif who made a urge fuss of her. We had a lovely stay and would thoroughly recommend it. We will definitely return sometime.

Had a really good experience during my stay at ibis Bordesley circus. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were really large for the price paid. The breakfast looked nice even though I didn't have it. Atif on the desk was really friendly and extremely helpful. He let my friend check in early on my second day. He also provided an umbrella when it was raining. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Birmingham.

Not the best, would not recommend

Arrival, reception all fine although entrance and communal areas a little grubby. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately however the room was really poor. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, the pillow like a hard piece of rubber and the ‘duvet’ a very heavy wad of cotton making a decent night sleep impossible. There was no body/hand wash in either the shower or hand basin dispenser and no shampoo in the shampoo dispenser. The fan did not work at all and the room was stuffy and hot. This is a relatively inexpensive hotel and I’m not concerned about the size of the room, fancy accessories etc. but a comfortable bed and ability to have a decent night’s sleep is essential. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Perfect stay, ideal location for the ICC

An excellent stay in a great hotel. The staff were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a great location for the event we attended at the ICC and it was only £15 in a taxi after midnight. We also walked to the Bull Ring on Saturday which was only 20 minutes away.
