On arrival light in the room were not working. Reception didn't answer phone call. Receptionist was not very helpfull, just reactivated room key, not paying attention to fact that key was working, cause I was able to acces my room. Thanks to security guy, who helped me with ficing electricity problem, circuit breaker were off.

The hotel is enough for a short stay, but it’s entrance and rooms quality are not satisfactory, it looks like a very old hotel, the vending machines only accept coins, the cabs don’t go to the hotel entrance since it’s kind of hidden.

We are family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 children) but by mistake its booked as 2 adults only. So they refused to allow my children in the same room even I said we will adjust some and I am ready to pay any price difference or for extra mattress. But the person in the reception. His name is "Yann", refused to help me out of that situation. And at one point he even said "You don't get the room for free". I felt that's so mean to say. And I immediately replied back saying "I didnt ask you to give for free". By the way the time is 1.30am in The morning . He went twice into office room to check something and he said i need to take another room and said I and my wife should sleep in separate rooms with our each child. I requested them to provide some other solution. But he couldn't or didn't. But he said that is only for Friday night. Because I booked for two night, if I come and ask in the reception on Saturday morning they will give a family room. He said he will add a note for the morning colleague so that they will definitely give family room. I will explain what happened next day in a moment. But then during payment, I insert my card in the card reader and choose GBP option, which in the next screen it was showing some 4 digit number. The charge is €95 or £84, but I don't understand why its showing 4 digit number in euros. So didn't enter my pin. But Mr Yaann failed to explain why is it so and saying it the conversion or its my bank to deal with. To avoid confusion I asked him to cancel it and let's try again ,so that I will choose euros this time so everything will be clear. He is not happy to do that, instead he is compelling me to enter the pin to complete the payment. Finally when I refused he said he couldn't cancel it because the card reader is frozen and he said "I BROKEN HIS PAYMENT MACHINE". Thats it, I challenged him asking how did I broke his machine. When started questioning him, he said its a "JOKE". As a customer in the situation I know whether he joked or not. And if its a joke atleast he should have smiled, unfortunately he didn't have a smile at all from the beginning of the conversation. So finally I made the payment in the next Next day: I went to reception to ask for family room, but they said they are fully booked. I explained her everything that panned the before night, she simply said I cant help it and suggested to renew the room and repeat the same. The first night might be my mistake with the booking. But the second night is 100% failure of hotel management, as a result my children and we suffered so much. IBIS has left us miserable experience in our life time. Poor facilities: -The bath towels are very small they are not even enough for wrapping fully. They suit for children but defently not for adults. -Full corridor has cigarette smell. Like this few more i can tell. But i complete in one sentence I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND IBIS FOR ANY ONE (even if they get prices with 50% or more discount)

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past and always had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, I was very surprised to see that the hotel wasn’t clean and every amenity is closed. The building and its interior urgently need a fresh update and a good clean. I will not recommend this hotel anymore

We spent one night with our two kids. I had checked in online but the key wasn't ready and it took the reception 5 minutes to generate it (not a big deal but still). The room was fine, a bit small but that was expected given the price. What we didn't like was the bad small when we got into the room. There was also hair on the wall behind the bathroom door (!). There is certainly room for improvement on cleaning. We could find only one plug in the entire room. I wouldn't recommend except for short transit but, sadly, it does remain a decent deal in Paris.

The reception staff were very helpful during our stay but the building is very tired and our room was the worst I've seen in a long time. Our curtains had 12 holes in which the light poured through and just showed lack of care by Ibis. The laminated flooring was shabby and lifting in several places and there was no fridge or kettle (we asked at reception for a kettle to make our own coffee but were told they didn't have any but we could use the hot water from the buffet which we did). The location was reasonably accessible for the metro so we just made the most of being in the city and being out rather than spending any more time than necessary at the hotel. We stayed with Novotels and Ibis hotels throughout our trip in Holland and France and this one really lets the brand down. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Nice staff, they check us in super early so big thank you for that. Housekeeping very very nice and clean room. The room in general was cozy but kinda small. Bathroom very small, had to enter the shower to be able to close the door… Overall had a nice stay and will definitely come back.

I have chosen this hotel for its good parking possibilities. The hotel itself we used just to sleep in it. It was ok for that. The rooms where small, basic but clean, kind staff. The hotel itself does not have a nice appearance, it looks shabby from the outside, the entrance area as well, bar and restaurant where closed. All in all a sleeping location where nothing more than a room with a bathroom and bed can be found. No further joy to find.

My stay was ok except boring breakfast and you have to purchase the drinking bottle because its not provided .

the staff was perfect & helpfull the room missing iron for clothing although car parking was paid in advance but i have to go the receoption every time im going out because the machine in the car parking was requesting for payment

Room was clean and quiet. Location was nice, close to metro, train, tram and bus. Heating was a little tricky. We called the reception late at night about the heating and were told someone was coming to sort it out but no one came.

Average rooms for a stay. The main entrance is hard to find. It’s within the block and signaling is poor. Stairs and elevator to get to the entrance are nasty and awful, the homeless sleep there. Unsafe

We choose the hotel because we stayed in the same type of Ibis in Milan and we were so satisfied there but it was far from it in Paris. We expected a clean and cosy place but instead the first experience was dirt and urine odor on the footpath to the hotel (the carway was littery as well). The floors of the elevators was dirty during all our stay and the room had old dirty carpet instead of laminate flooring as shown on the pictures. The bathroom was ok at least. The only reason for the average rate because the staff was super friendly and helpful.
