The location and travel to was so satisfactory that we were very content. Breakfast was excellent Room was good and my only observation if you took a bath it was too small! However, I prefer a shower. Also, again, but not a complaint, I could not find the Fitness Room on floor 5 - I think you need a sign near the lift exits. I did not want to use it but I would like to have looked at the equipment range, Receptions Staff were excellent - however that yellow pullover is not a good idea and a fashion mistake - next time ask the girls to let you know what they think. I didn't hear any noise from the trains or work - so that was good. I found making my booking very satisfying and you were able to satisfy my late request of two beds and not a double - excellent!

noway to register on premise. the staff reroute me toward web registration. noway to get the printed bill, same answer, get your bill on the web and print it yourself What a poor answer !!! Is it so difficult to print the bill on site ? and to register someone on site for the next stay ? A competitor of your's do it so kindly. And your next question "how did you book this hotel" demonstrate you stopped offering the ability to do it on site with human being in front of me.

The location was perfect for an early train departure. However, the room was very small and, in order to drop our luggage, we had to go through a gate and pay to leave the hotel entrance area.

« Good location but hot or noisy room. »

We asked for a twin quiet room on an upper floor. When we arrived we were told that the only twin room was on the first floor and assured it was quiet. When we got to the room it was only quiet when the window was closed. But as the air conditioning doesn’t work in the winter ( I was told when I complained about the heat) we had to open the window to get some air and this was extremely noisy. The room was clean and beds comfortable but the room was far too stuffy and uncomfortable for sleeping. Breakfast fine but atay spoiled by failure to meet our room request booked 3 months before.

This proximity to the station but also our location in the heart of Paris means that we are in a dynamic but noisy neighborhood. Slow check in process, could do with more front support! Poor TV entertaiment offering and not catering for multi language guests! Room cleaners start very early so unless you use your " Do Not Distrub" on teh door, you will get woken before 09.00am

I know the hotel (40 night 2019 more or less)....but last Sunday the check in was more then 20/30 minutes, unbelievable.... It's not a problem of the person at the desk (she was working quickly, smiling... really perfect) but by the manager: in the lobby there was 4 Accor person that wasn't doing nothing --> there was the manager. I am manager in client facing, in case I help my employee to customer satisfaction... she was there, doing nothing, as other 2 person.... And another crazy thing: now your lobby is really beautiful BUT all the devices are in an office: printer and key "creator" are in another office --> so your employee need to walk (time consuming...)

was supposed to be a fast check out. When i received the invoice by email i discovered that breakfast has been invoiced while I did not take breakfast.
