Hello! Not advised that towels are not provided. No light in the toilet after closing the door. Bad odors in the corridors. I feel like the comfort of the hotel is pretty much neglected. No offense! Bye bye.

everything was good the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I tried to book directly with your site but the site was unavailable and I had to use a 3rd party site. I don't like doing this as now I am inundated with their stuff. there was no one there at my check out so no comment and I actually did not need anyone to be there

I've never come across a hotel where there is no ensuite. Rooms are smelly and shared bathrooms are right in front of entrance without any privacy. Rooms are stuffy and smelly and hand towels provided was dirty along with the bed cover. I will recommend everyone to avoid it at any cost.

Quick and efficient check in and out, room and facilities clean, however poor noise insulation and loud voices all night long in communal areas from other inconsiderate guests, hence a poor night sleep. They should be reminded more frequently by the staff.
