Had booked 2 rooms for a family of 5. The rooms weer neat and the beds comfortabele. Breakfast was ok as well. The check-in was providing quite some difficulty. Reception was closed when we arrived and the automatic check-in machine was not functioning. The operator that answered our call via the emergency button was not able to support. Luckily one of the hotel guests was able to reach an employee of the hotel who was staying there and could help is with the check-in.

Hotel bruyant, inconfortable

Paid for 10:00am check in and had to argue in order to be let in. When I finally got in the door I was told that yes I had paid and I was just luck that that room was available. Not very welcoming.
