The staff member that checked us in was polite and nice. The hotel smelt like a public toilet. Our room was dirty there was a dead spider on the bed sheet, wee on the toilet seat and pubic hair left in the shower. There was also a brown smudge on the window I also have pictures of this too. The room smelt like a public toilet not fresh at all

The hotel was very poor. We had booked for three people to stay for two nights. We only stayed for one night. The room stank, mainly of tobacco. The room was dirty. The beds - a triple bunk - were uncomfortable and not clean. I would recommend people avoid this hotel. It is not that cheap, compared to other hotels in the area. There were three abandoned/beat up cars in the car park and some dodgy people hanging around. I would NOT recommend this hotel for a family.

I did not stay, my experience took place in lobby only, when we arrived. First impression was good, parking and entrance well arranged, friendly atmosphere, well responding personnel. My family got nice remembrances about one day visit.

Overall I liked the stay. The good thing is that breakfast is included, the bad thing is that I had no blanket and used my coat instead.

Basic, quiet, but good enough room for a single night stay en-route to airport.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Be aware, however, that our sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day and that we cannot redo the education of certain people who do not respect others or even their own person. However, our geographic location is one of our assets with less than 5 kilometers from the airport, Geneva city center, the nations and the lake. Once again we apologize and hope to regain your confidence during your next stay where we could accommodate you in a "cabrio" room with private shower and toilet. Isolated and falsely advertised

The ride to the hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport yet cost us nearly 30 francs. Ubers should be allowed to enter the compound. Moreover, the rooms were freezing cold. We stayed in a double bed room yet our friends stayed in a triple room where one of them had to sleep on the floor bunk which was so small and confined it should not be allowed to serve as a bed. Also, our window, which was accessible by the ground outside, was left OPEN AND UNLOCKED, making it possible for anyone to enter our bedroom. The sheets were also dirty. We were very uncomfortable during our stay.

The worst Accor Hotel experience

Dear Sirs at Accor Hotels, I would like to inform you about an awckward situation we have been through at hotelF1 Genève Aéroport Ferney-Voltaire (rénové). At the hotel arrival, a bit earliear then 18:00h on January the 24th, we noticed that there was a rather heavy work of refurbishment going on at the entrance. Then the receptionist told us to get towels at a nearby Novotel, because they didn’t have any towels there. Nevertheless, we thought – “it is an Accor Hotel, and as such, it must stand to the level of an Accor Hotel” – and we paid the three nights reservation. When we got to the room, to our dismay, we noticed that our luggage wouldn’t have enough space to get open, and the size of the room, as well as the general quality of the material regarding the “refurbishment” done were far, really far inferior to any F1 Hotel we have already being in the past. In other words, the term Accor was unthinkable to label that stablishment. We came back to the “reception” and told the receptionist our intention not to stay there, and that we wanted the amount to be transferred to the Novotel near by, because we would stay there instead, what we did. The recepcionist told us that it wouldn’t be possible to do so, but he would talk to the manager on the next Monday, who would know how to proceed to return our money as a deposit in the current account. To do so, he asked us to fill a form for the money refund to the credit card holder that payed the amount of 132,30 EUR, and told us they would made contact as soon as possible, in a few days. We did not hear from them untill now, in spite the fact that I wrote them an e-mail on the January the 28th. We have proof that we have paid the reservation at the hotelF1 Geneve Aéroport Ferney-Voltaire as well that we have also paid the Novotel Geneve Aeroport France at the same date. We are hoping that you would interfere and solve this bizarre situation, as well as make sure the Accor Hotels lives up to the high standards of quality and ethical values we take for granted. Where do I start: No WiFi offered at check in, “no towels for the weekend - go to the Novotel and get your own”, no details about breakfast given, freezing cold room with no heater, exposed wires hanging out of the wall from the heater, window blind wouldn’t close and finally no toilet seat for the toilet. Then there was the smoking in reception and the young group of lads congregated with whom I thought was the member of staff. They checked me is so I presume they worked there. The best thing was the wall paper! You may do your self a favour and go elsewhere. It seems like there is a systemic problem with towels and poor reviews and so this wasn’t a one off. I am not a fussy traveller and don’t mind low cost but when the experience and accommodation is as bad as this you have to share to prevent any other people having to stay here. I note the manager responds to all the poor reviews and invites you back for a better experience, but still for some time the services haven’t improved. Accor hotels really needs to deal with this.

Well located near Airport

The hotel was close to the Airport.. however far from all other places. The receptionist was very helpful to give me directions to use public transport. The room was very warm.

there was a group of people, seemed friend with the receptionist, in the lobby when we stepped in. They seemed a bit drunk. I was with my girlfriend and we didn't feel safe. There was a bad smell in the bathroom that resembled to cat pee, it was quite disgusting. Otherwise the room was clean and looked like the photos. The reception and the crowd that was hanging out there is really what was a bit of a shock.

A Pleasant, Good Value, Stay

Very welcoming and helpful receptionist. Small but comfortable room. Very warm and clean. Tiny but functional en suite bathroom. Good value buffet breakfast. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop from Geneva airport. However, the local bus does not run on a Sunday, so we had to walk 15 minutes to the bus stop on our departure (a pleasant, flat walk). An excellent Thai restaurant is situated 5 minutes walk away, as well as a McDonald's and an Italian.

Had the more expensive rooms with private bath, small but good. Hotel didn't reply to emails asking for public bus directions from Geneva airport until too late. Hotel very hard to find down muddy track behind diggers, also had big F1 sign turned off!
