I payed for my stay one week before coming, then I did the online check-in and was asked to pay another 10€. Then I had to pay another 1.5€ when I got to the reception. This feels misleading and I would much rather pay the advertised price in one go and not be asked for further payments, none of which felt justified.

Restless night

Room was clean. That was the only positive thing. I couldn’t sleep a bit, I had a room close to the entrance and toilets on the first floor and it was super noisy. I could hear every toilet flush, door slamming and rooms talks next door.

Shuttle information missing, can't find it, had to pay for taxi

The hotel has an airport shuttle for 5 euros, but there is no information about it at the airport and nothing I could find on the website. You have to somehow magically know (1) that there's a shuttle that's never mentioned (2) that the airport won't have information posted even though they post information about the other hotel shuttles and (3) which stop to wait at in an airport that has 4 terminals. Not to mention that it will cost 5 euros (and I still don't know how you pay that if you're at the airport or if you need small bills to give the driver). Worse, the hotel is next to and shares the shuttle with an Ibis Budget, and there is shuttle info posted for Ibis Budget -- but it's a different Ibis Budget. Someone who looked at a map and noticed that the 2 hotels are adjacent would wind up on a shuttle to the wrong place. I wound up having to waste a lot of time trying to find the shuttle, and eventually give up and wait on line for a taxi and pay nearly 20 euros in taxi fare to get to the hotel when I should have been able to just hop on a shuttle. Given that the entire point of this hotel is to be the lowest-cost option at the airport, 20 euros on top of the room rate is a big issue, and makes it just as cheap to stay at one of the nearby more upscale hotels that has a usable shuttle. I had a long conversation with the person at check-in about why the shuttle isn't signed. He explained that the airport wants fees to post shuttle information, and since this is a very low-cost hotel, they don't pay the fees. So there's no information at the airport, at all, about their shuttle. He told me, "You have to know which stop to go to." But there's no way to "know" which stop you have to go to. If the hotel doesn't want to pay the signage fees, there needs to be information about the shuttle on the hotel website. The info needs to be obvious and clear and shown under hotel services, with specifics about the lack of signage and where the shuttle is and which stop number to wait at. I don't have a problem with the budget nature of the hotel, that's the market it serves. But this is the last time I will stay at any hotel of this brand, because it's obvious they can't be trusted to do the most basic things, like give you information about getting to the hotel on the shuttle. I won't risk another experience like this one again.

Dont go there it’s a brothel and the people at the reception are the rudest people i’ve ever seen. And they make you pay more for the breakfast than what is written on the website and they are cheap enough to make you pay for the shuttle!

We almost couldn't find the place to get the bus to the hotel. Arriving there we were hosted by someone who couldn't speak a word in English. The bedroom smelled like cigarette, there was a dirty sock covering the smoke alarm and the toilet paper was stained with something that looked like blood. I felt like I was getting a desease just from watching all of this. It was disgusting and I will never return. And I will make sure to spread about this to everyone that I can.

Room is OK but we need to pay even for a hand towel — I knew that beforehand but it’s still unbelievable. The location is not the best if you’re not using cars because the area doesn’t seem so safe during the night. Breakfast is good and price is fair. There is no place for dropping the luggage before check-in or after check-out.
