The staff didnt help at all! I was bleeding from a when i cut myself and i did not recieve medical help. The rooms were unclean and it was full of bugs. I have never had a more awfull night than this.

Needed an overnight stay in Grenoble unexpectedly. Booked on line as had been before. Welcome was good. Small room but we knew that. Breakfast a bit disappointing as some things were not available, or had run out.

I could not find your hotel so I could not stay with you. Given these circumstances and as the stay was already prepaid it is difficult to rate my overall experience as extremely satisfied... I did get 30 minutes sleep in my car, but it was too cold.

nothing special to say... as expected, a simple room where to rest one night. Maybe it would have been a better experience if the room was cleaner, usually you do not expect to find a spider web on your room....

Despite the “no smoking” sign on the door, the smell of cigarettes in this room was the most overpowering smell of smoke I have ever experienced! Fortunately I met some friends in the city, and ended up staying with them instead, but all of my belongings smelt so badly of cigarettes the next morning I had to wash my clothes twice. Would not recommend staying here.

Appalling dirty toilets. Noisy. Everywhere stank of cigarettes, despite the no smoking rule.

A budget hotel but the experience was fine. The staff on arrival were pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and fine. The showers and toilets (separate) were also clean and fine. A Hippopotamus is a short walk away for dinner. I did not have breakfast.

The room is nice and clean. The only negative point for me is the bathroom and the toilet located outside the room. An improvement is definitely needed in those areas.

Late check-in ok but the breakfast which was on the reservation hadn't been cancelled as requested so I had to pay for it and was refused a refund the next morning. Unpleasant smell in the room. Only 1 sheet for top bed (which was unmade) so had to use my own bedding to make the bed. Toilet looked worse than service station toilets with some kind of wall covering peeled off the wall somehow stuck on the door. Toilet edge cracked. No toilet seat. Room, bedding, toilet and shower were clean though.
