I truly had a wonderful stay in F1 hotel Toulouse Blagnac where I was expected as usual . My prefered room was already set before my arrival , really all the staff in there are really so great , polite , helpful and respectful . The hotel is so smart and clean but above it's just a few minutes walk to and from the airport and the tramway . Excellent breakfast , overall it was a very good stay I had and I would recommend this F1 hotel Toulouse Blagnac to anyone visiting Toulouse Blagnac.

Good location, helpful reception. However!! The toilets and shower in my section weren't working and no signage on door to inform or suggest alternate locations. ALSO the door pad didn't work so every time I left the room I had to get reception to open the door. The receptionist wasn't aware of the problem and after the 3rd time she finally worked out the pad wasn't functional. This was difficult in the middle of the night.

Good sleeping, however dirty toilets it's a shame

I had a great and enjoyable during my stay at Hotel F1 Toulouse Airport, all the staff I met at the hotel were really friendly , helpful and above all very polite and good sense of humour, the hotel in general is very clean and nice breakfast. I definitely going back again and again and I would recommend Hotel F1 Toulouse airport to anyone visiting Toulouse Blagnac.

First, the hotel was extremely dirty with no clean bed sheet, pillow case, etc. The room was full of the smell of smoke. Also, no one assisted with this problem. Second, the staff was not helpful at all. They speak poor English and were not willing to help. During check-in, I waited for a long time while the staff smoking outside the hotel. In one word, AWFUL!

Your reception staff were definitely not happy, which always suggests there's a problem with the management style or that the company is not giving them enough respect. I would guess that they had been made to feel slightly worthless. In fact, if I stayed a long time in one of these hotels, I'd feel pretty worthless myself. In the morning the man on reception did not look up to say good morning as I passed and only seemed to notice me when he was concerned I might be taking a breakfast I hadn't paid for. I know the rooms (but then the whole building and everything in it) are inexpensive but the breakfast could have been of a slightly higher quality. It was the cheapest of everything and to be honest, it was pretty grim. You really need to sort your drinks machine out as the hot chocolate was just hot flavoured water (undrinkable) and the coffee was obviously very cheap as well. Lastly, please consider a system where you place women on the first floor wherever possible. I checked in with my son (15) and we were on the ground floor where I felt totally unprotected as the window was so near the ground. The bar that was supposed to act as a lock to prevent anyone entering when the window was open, was totally unconvincing. I had to sleep with the window shut. I understand the concept behind these hotels but cheap doesn't have to mean that it leaves the customer (and the staff) feeling that they've really scraped the bottom of the barrel in life.

I was surprised not to be offered a towel. Basic and devoid of style. Good value.

Unwelcoming, room smelt of smoke, pretty sure ladies were conducting night business.

The room is so small that moving around the 190 cm long bed is difficult. That you need to pay extra for the two person room without towels compared to three person room in hilarious. Next time the standard three person room will be my only option.

'double' bed too small for 2 adults. No twin bed rooms with shower available. No soap in bathroom - staff notified but no action taken. Vans blocking exit lane in car park causing inconvenience and delay to guests trying to leave.

The room is so small, there is even no place to put your suitcase. It was cold and the blanket was too thin also. Plus, it was dirty with lots of hair from other people. The bathroom even smaller, you bang your head in the mirror when you wash yourself. There is a new formula with private bathroom, but no towels! On the site it says it is for ecological reasons, while we all know it is for money: something else you can ask to pay for. It is a shame, really... The food and drink distributors in the hall were both not working.

In one word? Nightmare!
