Clean, but lacks basic equipment

Room and bathrooms were clean, but a lot of basic equipment was missing: - No bedside table - No bar to hang towels to dry them - No place to store clothes in shower so that it doesn't get soaked - Room was really small Overall, too pricey for what you get.

The wifi was realy weak but stable. The hotel was noisy even beyond the indicated time of silence (10pm). I didn't expected much of this sort of hotel, however as a student who was in need of a place for a night, it did the job. I just wish I could have a lower price (wich was unfortunately not available).

I lost 77 euros.... because I booked the hotel for 2 times in total due to the booking system of Accorhotel For the 1st time, the booking system of AccorHotels had sent me an email to tell me that my booking was not confirmed because of the failure of payment, so I booked the 2nd time, and this time, the booking was confirmed. But, when I arrived the hotel, the staff told me that, in fact, the 1st payment was accepted, so in fact, I paid 2 times. That made me pay extra 77 euros. And the staff told me that it is impossible for them to refund(with a very bad attitude of course)because it is the problem of internet. So, I sent an email to AccorHotels to complain of this incident. Of course, no reply at all...don't even appolagize. I have used different booking system before, like booking.com, Airbnb etc., it is the first time that this kind of problem happens. Unbelievable service, bad altitude, worst booking system
