Booked whilst driving, did self checking, room was clean, slept, then left. at half the price of the other IBIS hotel in Montpelier

Was clean and calm

The room was clean, bed comfortable and the breakfast very satisfying. Situated very close to lots of amenities and motorway. Would definitely use again.

Staff very good but the room is well worn. Skirting boards badly stained, empty water bottle from previous guests in the room. Bathrrom looks dirty because it is so old. I stay regularly in budgets in Spain and they are far superior.

Budget hotel correct for a night. Intendance at the hotel was excellent. Very nice people. Badroom was ok--

The hotel was very difficult to find. Staff on arrival where very nice and helpful . They only problem was a broken sink unit and a dirty shower tray and a used and dirty towel on the floor

After arriving late check in via machine. All easy and found the room as expected. Good for 1 night sleep.

Everything was as planned and as booked. Special Thank You to the lady in reception, as she was very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

We arrived around one hour before the timing stated in booking. First of all - the hotel location is in a disgusting neighborhood and the building was totally empty when we entered in. There was a machine for auto-check in. We proceeded without any problems and received a receipt with a room number and entrance code written on it. However the code was not working for the room! We spent almost an hour figuring out on how to type in the code, trying to call the hotel service or find any hotel guest or worker to ask for help but all of this was impossible! After that time - we decided to go to another ibis hotel to ask for explanations. They called the hotel and... It turned out that the person working in ibis budget Lattes is already there! She must have had a nap or I don't know! So we had to take the turn and come back there again. We received a new room with new room number and entrance code this was working without any problems. Nevertheless - the room was also poor quality - the air was humid, smelled bad and hard to breathe. The bed lining was dirty. As we wished to visit Montpellier for one evening during our road trip through Languedoc - we didn't want to waste more time for complaints and just left the room wishing we would have come back tired and will just have a sleep and leave as soon as possible.

I had problems finding the hotel - first turning up at the ibis budget Montpellier not even a kilometre away from this one. Due to my delay reception had closed (9:02 pm) so I had to struggle with the check-in machine for a while. Upon getting through the door a smiling receptionist handed me my bill. The breakfast was fine, way better than in a Formule 1 or Premiere classe, with fruit, yogurt, croissants, cheese, salami, soy milk was available. The room was very clean and no noise stopped me sleeping. In terms of eco-friendliness, why throw away a soap bar that had only been used to wash hands twice....? The staff were friendly and professional.
