I appreciated my stay a lot. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, and for the price I paid, I feel the services were well worth it. it's a shame the place was being renovated, but that won't be a lasting problem I guess. I would like to point out that I had trouble reopening the lock to the bathroom once though. In general I would say the price-quality-relation is very fair, to say the least.

First of all the people working there (at the ‘reception’) were nice. We do not want to complain about them at all. Besides that it was a terrible experience! And a fairly high price. We (me, my wife and 2 kids) have been at Ibis budget before at other places and always had a good experience. Budget but ok. This time it was really lousy. The reception is a ugly hall of a standard flat, but with with plastic foils and all kind of building construction type of dividers. It was not at all a reception you have in mind when thinking about an hotel. No lobby etc. Just 1 worn down desk with 1 person (friendly) and an elevator. Everything very old/not clean looking at all. As it was covid period they dis there best with providing handgel. The room was also very old and not clean looking. Towels old and stained. The beds were clean and I expect the cleaning personel have done there best. But the old and worn down rooms just do not help in providing a clean look. And the shower etc were very okd and not possible to clean to a respectable state. I am not sure if I will use / trust the accor app anymore for booking. If possible I will choose another hotel chain.

I have been to other ibis Budget hotels and other low-cost hotels on multiple occasions and in many European cities, but this one was disappointing. Apparently, the rooms haven’t been renewed for quite some time. The smell of smoke was all over the room and the corridor (a major ventilation problem). All my stuff were saturated with the smell of smoke by the end of my two-night stay.

Apart from a few flies in the room and the lack of a fridge we thought our stay was excellent. The price is very reasonable, the rooms modern and clean, the staff on reception friendly and helpful and good parking. The general areas of the hotel are more run-down but that’s not a priority for us at this price.

The hotel is a works site!! At the booking, this important information was not publicized. If we had known we would not have booked at this hotel. Disappointing.
