I like this hotel as it is a step away from the center of Strasbourg. Access tram just in front of the hotel. Great place to stay always.

Location good i.e. close to Tram Stop. Well its worth the budget, you get what you pay for - still I dont appreciate hair and dirt in the bathroom

If you want to stay for a cheap price then of course you can expect much. But a clean and hairfree bathroom is the minimum I require. I booked two rooms online. At Check In the staff only found one room. It took quite a while to solve that problem. Sleep was good, location not too bad. Tramstop nearby.

Let's see - this time I had no bathmat on the first night but many towels, second night I had a bathmat and even more towels, third night my rooms was not even cleaned. Heating doesn't work and yet the prices are forever rising!!

First time we are so disappointed in a Ibis product we contemplated looking elsewhere.

Had a hard time finding the front entrance as the gate was locked. Walked around through gated parking lot to enter. The entrance was dark and low ceiled and there was no one at the desk. There were signs/notes telling us about checkin and so I called out and because we were early we just wanted them to hold our luggage. The person seemed to be a staff member but, not front office. Upon return to check in the same member was washing the breakfast room floor and finished before coming over to check us in. We went up to our room and I tried to get into the room using the keypad entry numbers at least 3X but it finally worked. We know what to expect with all Ibis Products because we have stayed in many hotels from Accor chain over the years. The room was totally lacking in appeal. The major observation is the Accor template for this Budget Hôtel is a reflection on the entire chain. We don’t think this property was to the Accor standards of what we have experienced. The responsibility is both the franchise owner and Accor to support each other to maintain the standards expected. The serious problem that we experienced was when we returned on our last night we couldn’t get into the room . I went to find the front staff and the Y. came up and tried inserting a master key which in turn got stuck. He tried everything to get the key out but called a supervisor and indicated it would take an hour to get fixed. He put us in a room across the hall while we waited to get into our room. He finally dismantled the lock and we moved our things into the new room. The next we were checking and because of that keypad issue with the other room we took or things with us to breakfast as we had a train to catch. After breakfast we took turns to go back to the room to refreshen up before leaving. Again keypad didn’t work on this room and we had to leave. All in all this experience would be rated 1 or 2. It’s like this property is being managed with staffing - like a self serve hotel. Very disappointed Rita Y.

Except the receptionist of evening everything sucks! Coffee machine already months doesn't work, if you want a coffee in the morning you must pay 2€ instead of 1.5€ in the machine! When you want to speak with the meneger of the hotel she ignores you! And on top of rveeveryth it's not a normal ibis! Check in at 2pm and check out at 11am! So think twice before going there!

We have booked the Accomodation + CityPass 72 option, but the CityPass 72 was not available at the hostel. Personnel speak no English and not friendly. They ask us to go the tourist office to buy the Pass by ourselves. We checked with other Ibis near the train station. They are much friendly and very aware of the option with CityPass 72. And they recommend us to file complaint and ask for reimbursement of the CityPass. We will pursuit other channels to complain about such defraud and cheating option from your website.

It would be better to book a room in the city of Strasburg, so we could go everywhere on foot. This hotel was next to the Congress. The room and the bathroom were a little bit small, but for one night it was ok.

Room was not properly cleaned. Receptionist mistakenly cancelled my next reservation to this hotel. Then he claimed he did not cancel it, but your website clearly shows its cancelled. I am glad because I will gladly go elsewhere.

Ertainly ot the best Ibis budget in terms of cleanness. Shower is also very small compared to usual standard in Ibis Budget. Staff was nevertheless helpful and kind. LOcation is very good with Tramway to the center in front f appartment

We used it to stay one night before continuing our trip to the south of France. It is a very basic hotel, but with clean sheets and floors. Nothing extras, but it is also very cheap, so that is expected. We stayed at the same hotel 5 years earlier and it is exactly the same as then - this means that at least the bathrooms need an update soon. AND you shold not be overweight if you want to use the shower.
