Good for the money for boys rugby trip

The reception staff were very courteous and helpful; they seemed knowledgeable about most things that would be of interest to tourists (like us) and they definitely added value to the experience. On the practical side: the room was similar to most Ibis we've stayed in but it was a pleasure to have a proper shower rather than the usual plastic "chamber" of other Ibis Budget hotels. We found the pillows to be as thin and useless as elsewhere but the mattress to be harder than other Ibis hotels - needless to say the sleeping experience was not pleasant. The table was smaller than other Ibis Budgets and more of a shelf. Housekeeping seemed to be perfunctory and it was obvious that the shower cabinet had not been thoroughly cleaned and that the increasing mildew problem had not been addressed for at least several weeks - how long does it take to spray an anti-mildew bleach once a week? Overall, fairish value but we have stayed in other Ibis Budgets for a little less and been a little more comfortable. High point was the reception staff/manager.

Despite the fact that we booked a non smoking room, our room smelled of cigarettes the entire weekend which was not pleasant

The room, location and parking was ok. The hotel was being renovated so being woken up before 8 o'clock by builders hammering and drilling was not on. Thoughly ruined our stay in Toulouse as we were both tied from traveling then being woken up was not appricated. Pillows were also the worst I've ever had in a hotel room and we were provided with only one each.

When you say staying with us - well I didn’t really see any staff. There was no option to get any food or hot drink bar a vending machine. When asked if I wanted breakfast I was told it was as coffee and a croussant.

The breakfast room was being renovated so no buffet breakfast available. I should have been informed about this before I arrived so that I had the chance to reserve someone else. The windows are not sufficiently insulated and the noise from the road all night prevented us from sleeping well. The hotel is quite a distance from the station although advertised as Ibis budget gare.

Good location near the station. Easy 15 minutes walk to the town centre. Did not try breakfast, as normal. Check-in easy. Room clean. Normal Ibis Budget facilities. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable.

It was ok, the only thing missing was a hair dryer.

It is too expensive for what it is ,the night employee was nice anf helpfull,.
