Location is far from Metro and there is unnecessary deposit fee which is difficult to get back

Hi Team, The hotel has taken a total of 200 euro (50 euro per night ) as a deposit guarantee for our 4 day stay at Paris Ibis Porte de Bercy. This was not previously communicated to us at the time of booking the hotel. Also since I am coming from Sweden where the currency is not the euro hence though Hotel gives me back the deposit amount the currency conversion charges I need to pay may not get a refund. The location of the hotel is very far from the nearest Metro stop and 24 number bus is also not that much frequent to go to Paris city center.

Another guest can enter our room using their key card. We have waited in the parking for almost 30 mins. I have booked for 3 adult guests but we only received 2 cards for breakfast, 2 pillows, 2 towels, 1 duvet for the big bed but not in the small bed.

As I explained with you staff thus morning. 1st upon arrival we informed you’re staff for the breakfast card i booked for 3 persons but they gave us 2 breakfast card. Last night we found out that the room were prepared for only for two persons there were missing one pillow, one duvet , one towels. The room were prepared for 2 persons only my bear the cold because we were so tired yesterday.!!!!! During our stay theres a couple came to our place she literally open our door??? Why??? You have a keycard room to the another guest???? This is crazy and alarming and its good that I woke up!!!!

The room was clean and located near where my truck was parked but the hotel started drilling at 6am - when i have a long drive back to the UK this isn't ideal!

Rooms were clean and with all the facilities needed (shower, towels, blankets, etc.) and staff was attentive to the needs of the customers. Public transport strikes affected the communication with the centre of the city, so this was the only handicap.

The "ryan-air" of the Hotel's

The stay was more or less positive, with the services you can expect from a low cost hotel: no decorations in the room and asectic forniture, but for every additional services there is an high price to pay for, such as when you fly with ryanair! (for eg. the breakfast a very pour "buffet" and an high price). But it happened something very negative: first of all the Hairdryer! It's impossible that in an hotel there is not a hairdryer in every room, expecialy when you wrote in description that you will give to your costumers. we asked it several times, every day, to the staff but they answerd they have only 3 in the structur!. If you can't give a services you have to write it! Secondly the cleaning: it was more or less clean but, when the maid cleaned our room she just pushed the dust under the bed! And so there was a lot of "dust-balls" in the room. And the last day we saw a little mouse running in the restaurant floor!

The hotel was decent and in a location next to a neighbourhood mall. It was convenient and was like as advertised. Though, the communicatoin was poor, when asked about parking a week before our arrival, there was no response. The staff were okay and did their job, more like automated bots. It would be better to have more responsive and pleasant staff. More so, it was a nice stay for us. It is great value for money and would be back if we visit paris.

Bedroom spacious enough for the category, essentials in the shower/toilet space. Breakfast a little scarce. As to the location, once you know where to catch the bus line leading in front of the hotel, from Bercy station, or gare de Lyon, distance is not a problem

great place to stay if youre going to a concert at Accor Hotels Arena. The only bad thing is internet connection. Also, it´s not a residencial area, but for me it wasnt a problem. It has a good shopping just by the hotel.

Good quality for price. The hotel is basic but clean and functional.I would prefer a bit harder pillows and better shutters at the window.There are not many hangers for cloths.I cannot judge the breakfast because I had no time to have it

Do not work wi-fi I do not understand. Is it difficult to put good equipment to work wifi Did not work car with drinks. The only plus is that the rooms were clean every day. Cozy room. But wifi for work is very important Disappointed
