ibis budget Enfield 3 stars

Going to Olympic Park athletics centre. The Ibis there is too expensive!!!

Just what I needed, small is ok, price is good, air conditioner & TV worked fine, dark at night with those awesome black window shade. Did not receive a return phone call which I made the morning of my stay, the number was obtained on your website & I could only leave a message which was to call me back - big fail. In the end I had to borrow someones computer to make a booking, ended up paying less through another site, so you lost money as well as having to pay for someone else's booking services instead of answering the phone or returning my call. My wife also called an Ibis Hotel in another suburb in Sydney for the next day and she too left a message & did not receive a phone call, why is there a phone number listed on your web sites if there is no intention of return phone calls? I have stayed at other places and a quick phone call with them appears much easier as when I am in Sydney, I make booking decision depending upon my next days work area. You guys have made it too difficult to book in with.

Your Staff went out of there way to help us, my Brother and I were doing a charity walk and they did every thing they could to assist us. I can not recommend your team there at Enfield enough and which to pass on our appreciation to them. Thank you again.

Comfortable bed ..a hook for towels would help. Very helpful staff.

Staff good, handy location but was not totally clean as dust in various spot and was visuable. I would think twice at staying an IBIS in the future. Room was requested not to have a bunk over it and I checked 2 days before and they had allocated a double with a bunk when I had made the booking more than 6 months in advance.

Polite receptionist, comfy bed room a bit of a squeeze and shower a bit small too. But all was clean Breakfast basic but enough for the price.

Great location near Bankstown, Homebush and Sydney Olympic Park. Many food options next door - Subway, Oportos, KFC, McDonald's and more. Very close to shopping like Centro Bankstown, DFO Homebush and Chullora Marketplace

The room was really smelling bad. We got in late the night, tired and just wanted a good nights rest. We drove for 12 and a half hours from Gold Coast to Sydney through the terrible rain just to find the rooms carpets wet (really wet) and room smells as if it had been closed for couple of months. We always choose your hotels but it's the first time that it was so bad to fall asleep with the nifty smell just nxt to the beds. I must say we had a good stay at the last Budget in princess highway. The place was spotless and the staff great where we stayed 7weeks.

I was given room 301, 2nd floor and the noise from outside was quite bad, at first I though the window was open but it was firmly shut. I was shocked to realise it was in fact a double glazed window, so the noise couldn't have been from the window. There was an old aircon unit above it which had no instructions how to use and was quite dusty. I believe the noise was coming through the vents of this.

There location and check in experience was good. Pillows on the bed were very thin and when we asked for an extra pillow we were told they would check and come up to our room. No pillows were brought up, but we also had no one come to tell us there wasn’t any available which would have been nice as we were waiting. Otherwise, the stay was good.

We love staying there. Found the building very hot in the 46 degree day though. Also breakfast is good though staff would benefit from additional coffee making training.

Enjoyed another comfortable stay.
