« Safe and secure stay. »

It was just an overnight stay after briefly visiting our friends and shopping in Sydney before returning to ACT the next day. It is very convenient in terms of booking, checking in and entry into the premises during After Hours. In a short distance a variety of eateries are located and the Dan Murphy's is very close for the last minute drinks. In short it is the location that makes it convenient for us.

« satisfied but rooms were dirty. »

The service was fine, and the staff were pleasant. The rooms were very dirty ( under the beds, along the walls, the bathroom smelt awful and the floors were drenched wet. Along with the small fridge smelling, and the communal microwave being dirty also. ) The vending machines are also poor and could use maintenance, as one would not accept my card for an unknown reason, and another did not return coins.

« Ok but failed to excite »

I stay here often but the last year has seen a decline in standards and detail. I must say that the cleanliness has improved a little but also staff seem lacklustre ion their performance. I had no TV remote in my room and upon telling the receptionist was informed that they are short of remotes but was promised one to be dropped in my room whilst I was out. Sadly, when I arrived back (and reception was closed) no remote. Maybe I need to recognise that its a cheap motel, and to set my standards lower......or, maybe the base promises (TV) should be expected. The previous manager was so intent and focussed on customer service. Anyway......

Rooms are as expected and fine for 1 person. Towels, soap provided. Bed comfortable. Suits me to stay there when I am working late and starting early the next day. Food available near by.

« Price reflected the room fairly. »

Overall satifaction was ok however I a little disappointed that the top bunk in the room I was in had such a poor excuse for a mattress. I do wish each room was fitted with a microwave aswell, not just for convenience, but hygiene.

« Did not enjoy my stay. »

I have stayed in hotles even cheeper then ibis but in room had toothpaste with brush. Hair dryer after shower. Iron a bottle of water in fridge. And coffee. But all that i had is a soup for hand wash, coffee but you can't make one as the cattle had noodle left over god knows for how long and that was it. Left the hanger on exterior door handle to please clean my room but all they did is left new soup and towels and 1 new cup for coffee but don't worry about cleaning noodle out of the electric cattle. Room 248 please check now may be noodles are still in it. Regards your customer that will never stay with ibis.

The Ibis Wentworthville, was located on a convenient spot nearby the Train Station and fast food restaurants.It was beside the Junction (Motorway) to Blacktown. The hotel room was spacious with bunk style comfortable bed .The Breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good price.

We arrived late and were charged early as we were a late check in and no one would be there. There was people there when we arrived so the process of late check in was a moot point. The room was tiny and like a sauna. It was so hot and took forever to cool even with the air conditioner on full. The shower and toilet was terribly set up and there was stairs and no lift. I would not stay here again.

« Run down and dirtyy »

This place is extremely run down and dirty. No face washers, hand towels or hair dyers. The bathroom feels like a plastic cell with inadequate ventilation. The "bunk single bed" did not get made up, I had to make it which was very difficult especially trying to climb the ladder to do it.. The ironing facilities was an iron and ironing board in the main hall way.

It was annoying because I was unsure what the process of late check in was before I booked. So I called the hotel 2-3 times throughout the day but no one answered. The voice mail said there is late check in so I booked anyway and then after that the experience was decent. Someone called me that night to explain the late check in. The room was alright.

« not good value for money »

Again- BILLSHOCK. Despite reassurances from Josh in a telephone conversation after a previous stay, I was told the tariff for the two days would be $316.00!! When I quoted Josh's assurance, I was told that the higher tariff was because it was going to be a busy weekend. Also, that the quote would be reduced by $50.00 , making it $118.00 per night. That's way over what Josh promised. It's a lot for a room whose shower recess had two cigarette burn marks in the floor. I've been there in the past, and it was NOT busy. Also, your front desk did not give me either a Bankcard receipt, nor a printed tax invoice although I asked for them.
