Bel Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

The whole ground floor had a bad smell, toilet and bathroom was the same. No cover over vent in the shower. Blind ripped, rained during the night and I could hear was the running water from the broken downpipe outside my room. Was awake at 0300 and didn't sleep for the remainder of the night. Will never stay again

The hotel is basic but well-maintained an inexpensive. The location is convenient enough to Parramatta but not so convenient as the more expensive hotels closer to the CBD. The main negative is the traffic noise from the Great Western Highway when the window is open.

Average. Tv didn’t work, top bunk too uncomfortable to sleep in and toilet seat peeling plastic- can’t possibly be clean. Paid more for room because noone answered the phone and had to use Booking.com.

So I don’t know where to start I wish I could get refund for such a bad service. Bathroom stink very bad and the all the water go to toilet seat.. there should be a curtain on shower side anyways worst experience I can say never coming back there . room was not clean well . Blanket was so old and bad not even comfortable

I was able to check in at midday at no charge. My main problem was the know came off the bathroom door and was damaged before I arrived.

Room was clean but the mattress needs replacing the springs i could them. the traffic noise was too much. Maybe Sound proof windows and new mattress.

Felt like a 80s prison, I can't digest this is the standard of Accor. Middle of the night my wife started screaming stop this criuse/ship. The room and bathroom was just horrible. We all felt this the room was just like prison touchure cell. This room was not worth over $60 and I have been charged over $150, I demand a refund.

The size of our room and bathroom are the standard of Ibis Budget hotel. If you stay with Accor Chain before you would know we all have dynamic pricing. The price is based on demand and our occupancy. The weekend you stayed at was the busiest weekend we ever had due to Easter Show and Long weekend after Covid. However our pricing is still the cheapest one around the area. If you would like to have bigger room or bathroom for your next visit you might have to book Ibis or Novotel. I booked Ibis Budget as all Accor hotels in the Olympic Precinct fully booked. First time stay at Ibis Budget. Staff very friendly. However breakfast area very small considering the hotel had quite a few people staying there are weekend. So requested raisin toast in my room. Staff presented it uncovered 1 slice on a plate with butter and rather well done. Not what I expected. Room presented clean and reasonably roomy however notice that the shower/toilet area could do with some attention corroding around the bottom of the door area. Taxi from hotel good - however trying to get a taxi back to the hotel at 8 pm it took me 1 & 1/4 hour on a Saturday night to get one to pick me up from the station and return me to the hotel. Hence my decision to avoid booking this hotel again.

Ok well looked after Dont understand why the family rooms disappeared (I do its greed) but it also eliminates customers whereas a fixed rate with an additional $10 per person in a room would increase revenue not delete clientele

Booked 3 rooms here as it was close to a funeral venue we were attending. Tiny prison cell sized room with a hook on the wall for a closet, an even tinier claustrophobic modular caravan type shower and toilet with the hand basin on the opposite side of the room. Unfortunately in a terrible location on the corner of two major roads. Traffic noise and noise from other guests makes for a bad nights sleep. On the positive side the bed is comfortable and room was clean. Staff are fantastic. Coffee at breakfast is great but the breakfast is nothing like website portrays. There's cereal and a choice of two toasties, juice and tea/coffee. Overall I felt like I was staying in a halfway house and there seemed to be some long term guests there that convinced me that this venue is catering to that need. Apart from having to wait a long time to find someone to check us in and nobody answering their phone, the staff are so very polite, friendly and helpful.

We couldn't put three rooms facing the carpark which a bit quieter. I will definitely talk to my staff about allocation. Normally room 257 is pretty good. As small hotel like us we all have to help each other. So when you checkin our reception might be helping housekeeping or guests requests. Sorry about the delay. The whole room was dirty and disusgusing. Hair and mould in bathroom. Coffee on floor. Aircon has dust falling from it. No remotes for aircon and tv remote didnt work. I tryed to rebook another place but everythink was booked out

Friendly staff, room was clean. I had an early morning meeting, breakfast started at 8am but the lady staff member on the morning was happy to prepare breakfast at 7:30 so I could eat and run. Would definitely stay here again.

Was a great cheap place for a night, was a shame they couldn't offer breakfast, but MacDonald's is not that far away. Would stay again if up that way. Staff were very friendly, it was very quiet of a night.
