Good arrival check-in, decent sleep (open the window to cook the room, go out to eat and close the window to recuse the noise), top bed matress is too hard. Good, but simple, breakfast.

It was easy to book, check-in and check-out, stuff friendly and helpful Rooms are appropriate and clean, but very clairaudient. So I could hear each word spoken on the corridor or next room, even the alarm clock of the neighbor's room

As always extra clean and a good breakfast. The Hotel is also centrally located. You are only a couple of minutes from the Autobahn, (which you do not hear)You. Are not far from Frankfurt Airport and you are only a stones throw from Wiesbaden.

we stayed here, as we always do with Ibis, on our return from the UK - a typically convenient location, acceptably priced, and typically spotless - we arrived very late, after reception had closed - to find the room over-warm, the aircon not running, and the outdoors too noisy to open the windows. when we reported it the following morning, the response was as if I'm an idiot - it turned out the aircon thermostat should have been turned to full hot setting for some cold air .... unimpressed cocers it !!!

Greeted by lovely receptionist who could speak some English. Room was clean and the standard you would expect from Ibis. There is a lovely Italian restaurant literally two minutes walk next door. Comprehensive continental breakfast to set us up for the remainder of the journey.

Given how hot it has been throughout the summer so far, there should be functioning air conditioning in the rooms. After my previous stays at the hotel I was under the impression that the rooms had some form of air conditioning. In my own room's case, this was not true. This made sleep extremely difficult and made my stay extremely unpleasant.
