Friendly and helpful staff, pleasant bar, with good snacks, always open but sometimes have to look for staff. Bedrooms and bathroom roomy but sparsely furnished. No kettle or welcome tray! Overheated for our taste, and controls seemed to make little difference. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast buffet, especially the madeleines! Five minutes to metro/tram station, but through a rather unpleasant concrete jungle - seemed safe even at night though. If going again would look for a more scenic location

When we arrived at 2pm only 1 of 3 rooms were ready. However, the biggest problem was that the room ventilation was not working and the rooms were very hot. Surely this is costing Ibis a lot of energy waste,

Dog barking in next door room. No kettle provided despite several requests. No bottle water provided in the room. Had to walk at 2-3am in the morning to buy.

I am aware that a dog barking is really disturbing and we had some problems to communicate with the dog owners indeed. At ibis hotels, there are no kettles in the room, but you can ask at the bar / reception 24h a day. It's quite a pity that you left the hotel in the night for that. Our room looked new and c. but was too hot and stuffy without air circulation. could only open the window. lack of basic amenities like tissue box, kettle and fridge. could hear the noisy from next door or upper floor during the night.
