When booking this hotel please pay attention that the room lacks basic things like kettle, tea or coffee, the hotel is located no where near anything except McDonald’s, the breakfast restaurant is below average, the yogurt and milk and cheeses are sweaty and lying on a table with no cooling or anything which is very bad for health and safety, the breakfast lacks any sort of salad, the waitress wasn't polite and she pilled other tables cutlery on my table without any regard, the soap in the towels in the bathroom are paper thin and worn out, only good thing is the beds are comfortable and there's a good desk in the room with enough power sockets. Not recommended.

The most significant failing is in the way the restaurant is run for breakfast. The breakfasts we paid for were not delivered in full except for the last day which coincided with the arrival of a tour bus group of about 70 people. For the first three days the staff (one person alone) failed to keep food supplies replenished adequately and there were no eggs ever available on those days. Coffee beans ran out, croissants, bread, etc. ran out and were doled out by the employee in individual bags, one by one rather than filling the larger baskets. Coffee cups ran out one morning and I was asked to use a water / juice glass rather than her getting more cups. Eggs only came out on the last day when the tour group was at the hotel. In general, the friendliness and efficiency of the sole staff member running breakfast was lacking. This is the fault of management as well. Firstly, for not monitoring / overseeing the delivery of the meal and secondly for the apparent lack of adequate staff training with regard to service standards. Finally, expecting one person to manage the delivery of breakfast may be unrealistic if the guests' wellbeing is number one.

Lei - i hope i have spelt her name correctly -gave excellent front counter reception service. She made my stay memorable. Lei Is very sincere multi lingual hekpful and responsive to all of my questions. She is simply wonderful. I felt i had made a new friend. My trip was cut short because of Covid-19 related cancelled and interrupted flights. But i want to come back to this hotel again in the future. The position was perfect for my meetings at AFNOR and i loved the breakfast and meal setting. I did not want to leave. I arrived early and she accommodated me after my long flights. Clean rooms, quiet venue. Warm reception in a friendly way. Nothing was too much trouble. Just loved my stay.

Two problems: 1) under staffing, the reseprionists (only ever one) worked very hard there is no question. But with long queues of mixed nationalities to cjeck in and check out, they could not provide service at the tiny bar area for morning coffees or evening drinks. Considering that the roo rate went up from 90 euros Saturday night to 170 Euros for Sunday night (rugby match day. It was an insult not to have at least 2 staff on reception all day and evening Suday! 2) Courtpaille is the partner for restaurantation, but they do not open until 11.30 so breakfast, which could not be provided in the lobby area due to only one receptionist, was not available in the restaurant.

Dear Sir, We are very sorry to read that our service was not good enough for you, on Sunday there was 2 receptionnists before the game to welcome everyone but after the game there was only one, I assure you that he did his best anyways. Breakfast is served form 6.30 am to 10 am in the restaurant area, passed 10am the breakfast is only served as a small formula and not buffet in the reception area. As you may know prices always scale according to the requests, more request = higher price and this works like that everywhere. Good hotel the common areas need to claen more often ( reception area and breakfast areas are not very clean) carpets need more hoover....

Everything is working Well. The breakfast buffet could be improvised. Meaning there ofte are u, missing Bread, Water, juice. And I have to wait for this to be refilled. I stat there 6 times every year. So this is not just Inge but often. And it does not get better when there are many People.

My trip was spoiled by a cooling system disorder : first in my room only, then in the whole of the hotel. The cooling system was repaired; but in my room it was also out of order. Fortunately, Lai, the receptionist found me another room! I'm surprised she was alone for the hotel this night...

Not having a small refrigerator on the room turn things difficult when you have young kids with special food needs. In Brazil I always have refrigerator at Ibis´s rooms, so I was not aware of this peculiarity in Europe. Not good for 3rd person on the room if older then 8 years old, the bed is a bed-sofa.

we were in st denis to watch the france all blacks match. the hotel is perfectly situated at 0.5km away, very close but away from the noise and mayhemm after the match. would highly recommend and would thank the staff foe helping non fluent french speakers.

Expensive for what you get. The rooms are very hot and there is no air conditioning as it is switched off centrally. The windows can be opened but the traffic noise as the hotel is on a roundabout is very loud so is prohibitive.
