Hotel has all you need. The only issue was not having breakfast items on time some times in spite of being requested.

The experience can be improved. I stayed in room no. 105. refrigerator & telephone was not working since Day-1 (04.03.20) when I arrived. I put complaint on 05.03.20 but only got resolved on 09.03.20. It is my suggestion that a room may be allotted after checking these things. Also, we had to leave early due to certain issues, so we asked for refund of the city tax which was paid in advance for 30 days. We have not recieved the same till date. It was 6 of us who stayed in different rooms & non has received the refund.

I find out after my staying at the hotel that Accor is rewarding its customers with 3000 reward points after 2 stays. The personnel didn’t mentioned nothing about it, though I booked 2 rooms for that period. The receptionists were very friendly, welcoming and very helpful, but didn’t mention anything about the program and that I should register to benefit the reward. That was a big disappointment regarding Accor policies towards their customers. I think the receptionists must be trained and provide information about the Accor rewarding programs. For sure I won’t recommend the Accor hotels to other people.

I stayed from 4-Feb till 9-Feb. The room allotted was very basic with no coffee maker, kettle, microwave, iron board. Though clean.

room is spacious, and clean. located very near metro station, and 10 minute walking distance to westfield mall. spent a week there. but no daily room cleaning until after 8 days .. fresh towels exchange free once then there is a charge after that. trash is carried out by you. other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Veery cozy apartment perfect in terms of access to transportation: metro line 1 is just under the hotel and makes all the commute to Paris easy and safe Apartment was clean and practical - had all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay

We were two families traveling together my room was the same as I reserved bu t my friend's room was not the same as mine ( no sofa and the room decoration was not the same as advertised in internet ) and when my friend complained about it , the guy at reception answered very impolitely . Dish washer was inoperative , water from shower did not have a constant temperature , some times cold and some times hot , the tap at kitchen was loose and overall room was dirty .

Not newly refirbished but still in good condition. Very good zoning inside the rooms which helps a lot while travelling in a pair or with childrem. Tiny cuisinette is extrimely well sized and funished with all parafernalia you may need with 1 handicup though. There was no corkscrew neither in the room nor in the hotel itself. This was rughter unpleasant and inconvenient to discover at 22.15. The rest was smooth and easy. Breackfast with sufficient variety of food to keep you satisfied for the rest of the morning.

This was in room 409: shower was the least experience, it has been a long time that I had a shower this bad. 1) The amount of water coming out was not great 2) temperature adjustment was difficult: even very very tiny move to left would have sudden increase of temperature that it would make it too hot I had chosen for Adagio as I have very good experience with the Adagio in Frankfurt (west end gate)

Good location which is close to Metro station

Good to find a family room that can accommodate 4 people and close to a Metro station. The room has a kitchen that can enable cooking but the facilities are getting old. The shower has burst while using and we were changed to another similar room. We suggest to add a curtain near the bath to avoid water from getting out into the living room. Both exhausts in the bath room and toilet were not working to remove the steam and odour.

This is the second time that the hotel disappoints me. I thought the last visit was a one off case, but the recent visit shows otherwise.

the room was okay, shower was great. The downside is it is a bit of a long walk to public transport and during our stay the fire alarm kept getting triggered which is a bit annoying.

There was a party/celebration in one of the rooms on my floor with lots of people in the corridors, loud music, etc. Despite complains to the reception nothing was done. Couldn't sleep all night. Receptionist called the police to calm down the people, but they never came.

If you are looking for a relaxing well appointed and spacious apartment in La Defense this is a great place to stay, welcoming staff clean and tidy with breakfast available if you don't feel like using the kitchen facilities in the apartment. Good location close to metro line 1 and the amenities around the Grande Arche.

Room for four is too cramped.kitchen could be bigger. Washing machine should be provided in room.
