Car hire damage

I am so upset after my stay at your hotel. I have had some damage to my hire car and was not even allowed to look at the camera footage to see what happened. Also, when I became angry and asked to speak to Omar and the front desk manager (whose name I cannot and do not care to remember), I found the tone of the front desk manager to be very aggressive. I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels all around the world and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I will be contacting MGallery head office upon my return to the UK and will also let them know of my displeasure in staying at your hotel. Also, when Omar and the front desk manager leave my room after talking about the damage to my hire car, they proceeded to speak in Arabic, which is not understood by me and as such, I feel they were talking about me and my complaint in a way which has made me feel so unwelcome in Morocco. This is totally unacceptable and I will be leaving a 1 star review on both Google and TripAdvisor, so that other prospective customers may see what might happen to them also if they stay at your hotel.

I think the room price is too high: bathroom and bedroom need renovation, very dirty long hair carpet, carpet in the floor also not very nice, etc. smoking air everywhere / for non - smoker not nice food in the restaurant not at expected level (also for Morocco food) positive: good and friendly service / restaurant / breakfast / reception; very good breakfast

The welcome from ALL staff has been fantastic. Good breakfast and superb restaurant on site,very informative and attentive. The room is clean and comfortable, cleaned daily to a high standard. We can throughly recommend the spa, just ask for Rafika, trust me she will make you feel like you are reborn. 😁. The concierge is kind, helpful and will go out of his way to help and advise. All staff appear to have an understanding of 3 languages. Not a bad word to say on this review and I have given some mediocre ones. RECOMMENDED. 👍👍👍👍👍
