The room I was given on my arrival has not been cleaned completely, the toilet has not and it was a very bad experience. I don´t trust the hotel cleanliness at all and I was uncomfortable, the beds and pillows are uncomfortable . Nevertheless, th eonly good positive point I would remark its the lady a the reception The receptionist was an excellent person and she made her best to solve it but I would not stay at IBIS in general again if I can avoid it

Room was ok but staff on during the day and that evening where very unhelpfull. I was at the bar trying to order a coke same as two other custoermns only to be told we owuld have to wait 10-15 min as the two staff at the reception desk were to busy to come and serve us for 5 min though they were the only ones avaialbe seemed as the paper work and mobile phones were more importnat. Hotels loss as we all left the bar though not a lot of money would have been spent it is still money into your tills
