I was allocated a room at the very end close to the road. It was noisy the occupants in 7 and 8 were noisy and the fire alarm in the unit went off twice for no reason. The bathroom needs updating. Your booking process is efficient and convenient

1. No drinking water in the room whether free or charged 2. I had dinner, I signed the bill chargeable to my room, went to my room only to followed by a knock at the door that I had to pay as the hotel was not giving credit. 3. In the morning before 8am, there was a loud knock at the door. I’m not sure whether it was a cleaner. I was in the bathroom, didn’t open and the knocker did not come come. 4. The cooks are not courteous. During breakfast, once your order is prepared, they call out loudly for the guest to go to counter to pick. This disturbs other guests. They have enough waiters who can bring the orders to the guests instead of the cooks shouting loudly. 4. The reception attendant impressed me. She was kind when I asked for a late check out. As my flight was later in the date, the allowed me check out late. Thanks for this

Disappointed that over the 3 odd years of staying in the hotel, that in each room, I have stayed in, the toilet cistern has overflowed all night and all day. That ,despite my verbal observations made to staff, that they seem incapable of sorting this out. One member even stated they had received complaints from senior management, that the hotels water bill was too high. Yet nothing had been done to resolve this issue

I was not entirely happy with the service at this hotel. The shower in my room was blocked and I had to ask 3 times over 3 days for the shower to get fixed, only then was it done. Cleaning services were average. The apartment concept is nice, and spacious.

« My previous stay was better than the recent one. »

Let me start with the positive one: when checked out I forgot personal items at the luggage room near the reception and I realized it 24 hours later. When I called back, the items were still available and intact, via assistance of Silindile, and managed to collect them. Very grateful for that. My worries: the room I was allocated recently had one of the legs broken and was swinging like a seesaw. For 3 nights, that was unbearable.

Receptionist was rude. Eventually waited to be helped by Jason (not rude at all). No toilet paper in room. Constantly had to ask. Towels always missing. Fisrt room's aircon did not work and was overbooked.

Friendly front office staff but house keeping facilities not good . Internet too slow or nothing at all. You have to beg for towels and soap . Towels are mostly smelling and air con too noisy and TV not very clear or scrambled sometimes . I have been staying at this hotel for a long time but standards have really gone down
