Check in was efficient and Hope was helpful given the timing. Room is tired and in dire need of renovation. Location near the airport was main reason for stay. For the large rooms, they really need to improve cleanliness and appearance of room. Ok for the short stay.

I come up to Bedfordview on business several times in a year. The hotel staff reception are pleasant but i have to just advise that when i am up in JHB i am chasing against time. When i stayed at your establishment my PA called to book my dinner which was refused by the reception. I had to come in person with a delayed check and then wait. What makes matters worse is that i had to then jump in my car and go to the reception when the food arrived. This could have been delivered. I stayed in a room which bathroom was going under repairs and there was still electrical wires exposed. I did tell the reception and she offered to send someone but as i did mention i did not have time for someone to come and fix lights while i was still busy with meetings. For breakfast my coffee was not delivered and had to request for it to be sent ( made prior arrangements in the night before ) I just boil this down to perhaps staff getting used to working during lock down , but i am back again on the 3 Sep 2020 for one last try . if service is the same then will move to another venue.

Your workers thought are so very ignorant we called more than 6times no response until we had to go down there still they made time for gossip

Everything was in order the staff was efficient and friendly and they all looked competent. I only had one concern of another guest who kept calling my room while I was away and harassing my partner I was really pissed off. Otherwise all was well. And thanks for everything
