Thw hotel is well located but the standards are going down drastically. Carpets are very old, TV are very old not matching the hotel standards. The entire furniture need to be changed to satisfy guests. Main entrance need a lot to be done. The gate is operated manually for a long time now. Even when it's raining the security officers need to go out to open the gate manually. This is a old style. The hotel is always full not because of it's standard but because of it's proximity to the mall. I guarantee you when the other hotels start operating that is stay Easy and Garden Court you will start knowing that the customer is the biggest boss, they can fire anyone in an establishment right from the top to last employee down by spending their money else where.

The hotel is perfectly situated for ease of access to the airport, shopping malls and business parks in and around Bedfordview and Edenvale.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only downside was a broken soap holder in the bathroom and noisy guests in a nearby who partied all night until daybreak.

FILTHY BED LINEN, Rude staff

Rude staff at the entarence gate 5 min into my stay, I discovered my linen in room 302 was filthy, not dust particles... but multiple oily and brown spots the size of my palm. Thus indicating that the linen was not removed from who ever stayed there before me. AND THIS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC. The rooms is not in the same condition as what you advertised on the internet. I asked for my refund to find other accommodation, and my refund was issued. But only after everything is done your "manager" indicated that it will take between 3 -5 word days to get the refund. HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE ANOTHER BOOKING IF I DONT HAVE MY MONEY. I AM GOING TO SPREAD THE PHOTOS I TOOK ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Very convenient location close to the shopping mall. The apartment is nice and big can accommodate family or couples. Renovations are required though, carpets and blinds.

Service this time was impeccable. The Wifi in room 404 wasn't working. The sofa needs upholstering. Once seated it is difficult to get out again.....Balcony furniture should be replaced. It doesn't cost much..... Otherwise a fine and spacious apartment and very well located.

At check in, the room rate I got from booking.com was changed to a higher rate with no prior notice before my arrival despite the fact that I booked my room at least 7 days before my arrival. The hotel had ample time to notify me of any such changes before my arrival.
