I spent 3 nights, the people at the front desk were very welcome. I like this Hotel because the room are very quiet, there is a separate / additional door between the corridor and the room. The decoration is very nice (Not quitch or antique....), The only concern I would highlight is the parking, small and tough to find a spot....

The receptionist Laura we encountered during check-in was very helpful and all staff members we saw acted professionally and were polite. Our Junior Suite provided lots of room for the three of us. A loose toilet lid was quickly fixed. The closet, however, was missing one sliding door and the other was was badly scratched. As we only stayed for one night, we did not complain about this issue. Breakfast was a disappointment. There was something to be found for everyone, but many items were large company (and not regional) products. E.g. in this region of France there are several local yoghurt producers, so why offer your guests the same type of product they can get anywhere? Cereals, bread, fruit, everything was a bit below par. Navigating the entry gate to the garage is tricky (narrow, steep driveway).

Good stay. Really what I didn't like is that my car glass was broken at the parking of the hotel. I suggest installing cameras, and nobody at the hotel showed interest on that.

Location is good but not safe for car even inside hotel premises

When I checked out I forgot to take my samsung charger with me. I called up the front desk to check while my room still untouched but she waited until the cleaners came on the next day. I followed up again the next day and they said my charger cannot be found so maybe there's someone eating charger inside my room 609. Before I checked out I charged my phone to make sure it's full batt before I start to drive off but unfortunately I forgot it.

I went for a company event and all facilities were helping us to have a great event, in particular the plenary sessions room. Breakfast and lunch were good. I just missed some opening hours for the bar during late evening.

Friendly staff despite the international tennis tournament which was the reason for our trip. Very secured garage. Regrettably the restaurant is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. This a bit compensated by the good bar food.

The hotel and staff were fine. The only disappointment was the fact that the hotel is described as being "Grenoble Centre" whereas it is in fact a good 15/20 minute walk to the city centre. as the restaurant was closed we had to go into town for dinner and returning after dark we felt a little bit vulnerable.

Visit this hotel regularly. Nice privilege rooms, great size and nice extra's, coffee, tea, biscuits and mini bar free of charge. Reception staff very professional. Breakfast is excellent, lot's of choice and great quality.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good beds. Worn out facilities, like elevators, gym... Housekeeping was not able to replace batteries of remote control in three days. Waiter in the bar was absent more than half an hour.

We try to improve our facilities , in the coming month, sauna and jacuzzi will be refurbished, we already have a plan for the elevator. Regarding bar waiter, don't hesitate to ask at the reception because waiters often run between restaurant uspstairs. Nevertheless, for the remote, we apologize, after consulting our technic, it seems trouble went from the remote, note the batteries. We stay at your disposal for any further détails. Best regards

Positive changes with new management

I can confirm that restaurant has improved after new Director took over the hotel. Dinner was much more tasty and served warm and on time (past years it was always always nearly cold, you could wait for ages and still taste was random). Now food is much better. It allows me to stay and actually eat dinner at the hotel. There are still some issues like lack of text massage sent with parking code (but this could be Accor system issue), cleaning service and cosmetics (some items you get only once per stay - ridiculous), non functional elevator (sometimes you can wait 5-10min for elevator, while the second one stays on the ground floor - really annoying). Still the neighborhood is quite dangerous, you always need to use taxi or car. Especially at the evening do not walk alone.

Dear Mr W, your a regular guest for long time now. And as you mentionned, new head-manager bring new positive changes, so we look forward the next ones. Regarding texting message with parking codes, we are pleased to inform that if you use online-check-in, you can receive it ( don't hesitate to ask reception at your next stay for more details).
