I order steak of meat well done then they bring half done and when i request for the server to change it he say that is the kitchen mistake and cant do anything about it and he will warm it more , after he bring it its was burned and cant eat it . I ll pay any way even i didnt eat it or taste it .

Always a pleasure to be in this hotel, the location is great, with a splendid terrace next to the golf course, and the beachfront just steps away. Our very nice corner room had seaview and overlooked the golfcourse. The hotel got a nice refurbishing (entrance, swimming pool, surroundings) It is time now the rooms also get some refreshing. We appreciate the kindness of staff end employees. Will be back !

Amazing stay and perfect for some time off and relaxing. The hotel is located between a forest and the beach, you also get to enjoy the golf experience. Would definetly recommand it to everyone looking for a gateway to enjoy the sun and the nature.

This is my third visit to the property. Hotel has been showing signs of AGING for a long time. However, the management can still maintain the property at a higher standard that what i saw this time. For example, the restaurant is open at 6:30 am for breakfast buffet. I went two mornings at 6:45 am and no one there. I went into the kitchen to get coffee. They are busy setting food. Perhaps, 7 am is better time to open. No management to be seen. Where is the accountability?

Good experience, I would like to thank Mme Khadija at the reception and special thanks to Hossein the luggage clerk for his warm welcoming and great service Some room for improvement with waiters at the club house. They push for different drinks by saying that worm drinks like mint tea is not available, right after i saw him serving shisha regular customers mint tea. Other than that, great value for $ Thank you Karim

Staff were friendly and lovely experience check in... but there down hill room given was perfect for family and clean... but then Air Con wasn't working the shower NO hot water... Toilet flesh running all the time... Poor maintenance and then being told by staff the air con was working and being ignored not what your looking for.

Nested in the middle of a forest in front of the Atlantic, this hotel is a local gem if you're looking for a quite retreat. With breath taking views on the forest on one side and the sea and old Mazagan city on the other, you'll wake-up feeling refreshed. Lot of activities are nearby such as quad, horseback riding and biking.

Nice place but no one answer in room service!! Even I had to go down to them to ask them to answer and agin no answer during my stay!! Reception team were very helpful! Also the waiter at the club house was bad attitude !

Stayed here on a driving trip around Morroco. Great location and service and views. Would recommend this as a resort to relax and unwind. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean and spacious. Great ammenties and a short driving distance to the historic town.

We had a wonderful stay. All members of the staff were very attentive to all our eventual requirements. We felt looked after completely. The hotel rooms are nice and cosy. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were looking for a quiet place to relax and we did as well near the pool and near the golf course. The fact that we had the possibility to receive the golf initiation offered was fantastic. in the evening it was sometimes chilly in the room and the heating worked perfectly, which is not always the case in other hotels. We would like to thank everybody for our pleasant stay, especially the staff at the breakfast who were nice and made sure we had the tasty Moroccan pancakes or fried eggs. Thanks again and see you later in the year.

The location is great, the staff is great but the hotel needs better maintenance. Empty room bar, no safe in the room, shower door missing, etc..

service bad, staff with a rude attitude, strong bad smell in the room, couldn't even find a place to park. On the website, it was impossible to make the booking , something wrong with the website. we had to call the hotel to make the reservation over the phone , but it was just a nightmare. the wait time so long and then they hang up on us...unbelievable!

Had expected (much) more from this place. Not very well maintained, a smoking smell in the toilet that did not go away over 4 days, spa closed, lack of drinks choices in the bar, etc. did not meet my expectations for a short Holiday.
