Residence was good, but the flies were too much for the pool. And closing the beach and not letting down the beach is bad.

The hotel is really nice, beautiful view. Stayed there for 1 night & it was so cool. However, food is so poor. We had lunch in the restaurant & dinner by the lake in the cafe & both were trash.

I can say that my stay overall was nice and comfortable despite the following few points: - I wonder how Villa (6 Pax maximum) to have just 1 bottle of Water daily !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - I need to communicate with maintenance to setup the TV's while it will be much better if they do this before the check in. - Accor website advised that I shouldn't pay any cent in the hotel, but I faced a little trouble upon check out and the professional reservation manager solved it.

It is a very good Villa indeed, a few improvements could make it make amazing much more. using Solar Power Heaters instead of Electrical ones, Providing Food & Beverages items list in the Villa. The most significant weak point that the whole villa take just one large bottle of Water daily !!!!!!

-the food was very expensive -the pool was kinda crowded, since it's not allowed to swim in the Temsah lake so the size of the pool wasn't big enough for everyone to use

Great view & hospitality. But there was some problems: When i booked , receptionist told me that there is some construction work at hotel & it will be from 10 am to 5 pm, but they still work till 10 pm & started at 8 am at the morning !!! Because of contraction there is dust inside the room & it wasn't cleaned well. I found the shampoo & shower gel opened (not sealed) !!! then i asked them to send another one & they sent me another new ones not sealed also !!! At the restaurant during breakfast , there was almost no one to help or serve , each 5 or 10 min , there is one came and not stay for more than 2 or 3 mins. (i was there since 9 am to 10 am & there was 3 gusts else me at the restaurant) also some items wasn't available like butter that i should ask someone to get me some. Overall it wasn't that bad as the situation of Covid-19 , but i was expecting better environment from a big 4 stars hotel.

Totally wrong decision. Breakfast is terrible bad. Days in raw i didn't visit your restaurant, despite the fact of paying for breakfast. A lot of missing things in the villa: no brum for cleaning floor, absolutely nothing in the kitchen for being able to eat. When shower water stay for long time after. During storm I got water everywhere including from the walls. Hotel personnel not willing to help. In a word very bad services for that price. Hotel is old bad, dirty and noisy. You as manager have absolutely no idea how to make people feeling happy. For you fidelity means nothing. The only thing that matters is money. After one month I asked for late checkout ...try to remember what wad your answer. I made three payments...each time I spent min 30 min together with my colleague, unbelievable long time. The only good memory is the garden, green nice and taken care.
