AS WHAT I HAVE SHARED, THE LOCATION IS GOOD, OVERALL IS OKAY, HOWEVER SOME LITTLE THINGS MAKE CUSTOMER STAY EXPERIENCE ARE HUGE DIFFERENCE. THE MOST EXPERIENCE THIS TIME IS SO HARD TO GET ENOUGH WATER IN PULLMAN. one room only have 1 water in the room which is not align with Paris hot weather. and both receiption center and room service center make it so hard for clients to ask water. room service will reply you, I will charge you 3 Euros for a bottle of water as I have already give you one for today, but when they sent over, they said, normally it is charged but this time we will wave for you. isn't it free for client to have enough water to live in Pullman???

I regularly stay at the Pullman in La Defense, it’s location couldn’t be more perfect with my office being over the road. The staff recognise me each week and never fail to make me feel welcome. From the front staff who know me by name, the bar man who knows my tipple and never afraid to make new recommendations, to Clarisse at breakfast whose beaming smile, courteous nature and friendly personality makes each day start wonderful. Thank you for treating me well, I only wish I could stay longer each trip.

unfortunately I was not satisfied. for a high price, I was first attributed a room with no functioning airco, then a room next to the elevator noise and in the morning, where I had an early leave at 6h45, I wanted to get a quick breakfast when it was told to open (6h30), but the teams were not ready with the set-up Poor experience

The hotel is well located just minutes away from the train station that takes you to the Champs-Élysées within 5 minutes. There is also a Westfield mall next to the property which is a huge convenience. The overall room size was quite big, I wasn't expecting that size in Paris. The lounge on the 2nd floor was nice and relaxing for drinks. The only thing that i think can be improved slightly is the buffet breakfast, as the selection was quite limited although the taste of the food was not bad.

Viking Cruises booked us into your hotel because we had a positive Covid test which necessitated us being removed from the Viking Delling ship on the Rhone river.

We had a great stay. The team was always very helpful and kind to the kids. The breakfast is fantastic. The only downside is the access to the main entrance of the hotel from the metro/RER: there are several flights of stairs and most escalators do not work.

I stayed 10 nights at Pullman. Everything was basic and as per regular service at all hotels. I was not made to feel anything special or receive any special service.

Service of team was fine. Initial room offered smelled very bad. Was offered another room which is was ok but overall the room and hallways felt very dated. Tile Grouting in the bathroom needs redoing.

This place seem very classy and chic from the front desk but the superior room that they gave me for the night was very poor in confort, a bit dusty and seems to have been closed during the covid period maybe but not a full cleaning has been done properly...bad energy, i left before sleep in it and I paid 166€ for that.

Nice stay in Pullman. Booked a deluxe room on top floor for the saturday night. Got a free upgrade to a junior suite. Nice big room with plenty of space. However some remarks: the Bose music station is not really useable; it has a very outdated big/broad iPhone plug. And the showerfloor is raised to the bathroom floor, which let the water very easy stream under the door downwards... Breakfast is good: fresh juices and coffee brougt to the table. Parking in the garage is convenient, but costs 26€/24h.

Overnight business stay, cause of being inside from 18:00 a nice suite. Food and drinks delivered to the room pre order breakfast also delivered next morning to the room.Two minuspoints, bathroom leftside sink had a problem, cause of a right side as well no problem, but for a 5 star these things should be perfect. Nice bose sound bar however iphone 6 or so.....For the rest all perfect.

Perfect stay at the Pullman La Défense hotel. The best breakfast in Paris. Absolutely kind personnel, clean rooms. It was our second stay this year in this hotel, and it won’t be the last. They give us an upgrade, so we could stay on the highest floor in a nice big room, which is difficult to find in Paris!

The Pullmann hotel isd well situated in the business area La Defense and handy if you have to travel outside Paris. Very friendly service at reception and breakfast. Nice special attendance of Mrs Mahrine Hafez, business relatioons., Unfortunately poor menu for dinner. Food however without any taste.

Stayed at the Pullman La defense Paris between 18th to 22nd of December. I would very much like to highly recommend this hotel , it has all the amenities and service any guest would wish to receive. The staff are an absolute pleasure and are very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to commend the staff at reception and breakfast buffet , who were extremely helpful and always on hand to assist me during my stay. The hotels location and transport links nearby make it ideal for our stay in Paris. The rooms are large and modern with great bathrooms.
