Last minute booking for business as usual Very disappointed by the condition of the hotel Reception area is .. worn out to say the least Carpeting is filthy everywhere Rooms are old , dirty ( mold in bathroom )soft flooring Very noisy ( single pane windows ) and a very strong chemical smell/ perfume in my room. Amenities in room are few ( toiletries .. none . electric keetle does not work ) Elevators are like the rest . Due for refit ! Luckily the staff was very graceful and nice and breakfast was good

We were warmly welcomed & assigned to newly renovated comfortable rooms. Staff was helpful throughout our stay & food was delicious. Although we were not able to enjoy to the fullest all that the hotel has to offer, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. We hope to be back

The hotel was extremely fitly. I have taken photos which detail the level of filth found in my room and around the hotel. I don't understand how Covid standards could be implemented when there was hair all over the floor of our bathroom when we arrived and strange stains in the bathtub. The room was either a smoking room at one time and they obviously didn't change the carpet (also stained and filthy) or someone had recently been smoking in the room. It was a loud oder of cigarette smoke everywhere in the room and a strange smell in the corridor of the hotel.

I had really bad night with broken bed, and dirty bathroom. I just noticed the bed is broken after my arrival in midnight to sleep and I spoke with reception who was really in fast reply and nothing to do as the hotel is full!!! Do sir please try to handle your self tonight and we will fixed it tomorrow and the manager!!! He will speak with you in the morning and no body asked me or even take care???? and I forgot to tell hem about the dirty wall of the bathroom and I have some foto if needs. It’s extremely terrible and uncomfortable night after long day of work and when you have more meeting on the morning! I don’t know what to say more no action has been taken from any body you feel in a hostel or they accepted you in a favour.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Montpellier city center. The hotel lobby and breakfast area have been refurbished. The hallways need to be refurnished. There is a sign outside the elevators that this will be done, but it is there since September 2019 and meanwhile nothing has been done. The rooms are comfortable and the bedding also. Breakfast is excellent.

We arrived early in the morning but the hotel quickly took our suitcases and said that our room would be ready after midday. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

A disaster - perhaps the worst night I have ever had in a hotel . Bed lights flashed all night and a kind receptionist tried to fix but could not . Hotel was full so could not change room

Very nice and good hotel. Helpfull staff. Good breakfast. Only issue is the outside of the hotel. I mean the stairs that we took to go to old city of Montpeliier next to the hotel is very dark. I know its not hotels property but you can put some lights there to have your customers to have comfortable and safety walking to the old city. We needed to use our phone lights to see the stairs and way.

The comfortable restaurant and bar shown on the web site were both closed for the duration of our stay. We were told the closure was seasonal, which means it wasn't unexpected, so the web site is deliberately misleading. The substitute for both the restaurant and the bar was an area called 'The Terrace', consisting of a scruffy outside area and the small breakfast room with flimsy paper table mats that doubled as menus.

Concerning the photos of the dining area found on our website which did not correspond to the configuration for summer in place during your stay this past August, I would like to express my most sincere regrets that you felt mislead by these photos. I would also like to kindly add that no deliberate misrepresentation or misleading information was intended by the posting of photos of our indoor dining facilities. Our website, as are most websites, is intended to give a general overview of our hotel and it is generally understood that additional décor may also be part of the property. Since the indoor bistro actually does exist and is in service throughout the majority of the year, there was no infringement of internet users’ trust or distortion of our property’s facilities. However, thanks to your feedback, we will pay more attention to showcasing both our lovely indoor bistro, as well as provide information and photos which propose the summer configuration of the “Terrace”. It will also be noted that weather permitting, we provide outdoor dining in lieu of the fall and winter bistro accommodations. Our establishment prides itself on the sterling reputation of integrity and service it has accomplished for a number of decades. That being said, we do very much appreciate your helping us live up to this reputation by posting your observations on this issue. In response to your assessment of our outdoor dining facilities, The Terrace, albeit your experience was one of disappointment, perhaps based on expectations which were not met in terms of décor - something which can be accredited to a matter of personal preferences - The Terrace outdoor space, with its greenery, and cozy bamboo style bar, has often been acclaimed as a refreshing, relaxing, hidden haven of modern elegance, in the midst of busy urban surroundings. It’s an honor for me to encourage readers of your post to come and see for themselves what a delight this, back-by-popular demand, year after year, outdoor space provides. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Montpellier. The location is great, the only drawback being that because of the tram tracks it is not always easy to find the way. The staff were very nice and helpful. Thanks to my platinum status I got an upgrade to a privilege room even through he hotel was apparently full. Great rooms and great accommodation.

Stayed here twice now, both times staffs have been verv friendly and helpful Rooms are cleab answer reasonably spacious. Free WiFi wirked wellwand breakfast was fine. Easy to get to from Airport. Close to city centre as well.
