Stay was good, but there was no parking space; fortunately it was a public holiday so I was able to park on the street for free. The room was on the smaller size for the price.

« Very helpful and friendly staff »

We had a very comfortable stay. All the staff we met were helpful, efficient and friendly...our special thanks to the lovely bar staff who fashioned an ice pack for my mother’s knee after she’d had a little fall. As we had to leave early for our crossing we appreciated being able to take a packed breakfast with us when we checked out. Everything was ready for us when we left.

This stay wasn’t the greatest Ibis experience I’ve had. There was around 20 of us that stayed as part of a team meeting and this time for some reason all charge back costs including meals and non-alcoholic drinks were difficult to get charge backed if at all. I had to buy the staffs entree on the credit card because they would not charge it back. The set menu was much to be desired and the dessert was just a goofy Cake(pre-frozen) with cream on it. Very disappointing! Usually we have no problem with the Ibis but this time everything seemed like a struggle!

« Great location in the CBD »

The room was nice and fairly cheap. Good location to see the sights of the central city. We had a slight problem with booking parking for our car and realise it is not done with the online booking but by direct contact with the hotel.

« A confortable stay in a good location »

The room and bed was comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was excellent. Service was friendly and helpful. A disappointing amount of plastic- toiletries, and butter at breakfast. Please make more of an effort to reduce this. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory, thank you.

On arrival to my room I had an issue with the air conditioning and rang two numbers in the directory on the phone and got no response from either. I found the room old and run down, no extractor fan in the bathroom for example.
