A bad one we arrived at 11 am for an awards ceremony and needed to get changed , we were told to use the toilets ! The guest that was also booked on with us was told his room never existed . Very unprofessional and unwilling g to help us out at all . I have stayed with ibis on numerous occasions before but feel like I wouldn’t book again . Kind regards Andy

The room was ok. Reasonably spacious and clean. Breakfast was not bad, but eating the same breakfast for 7 days I stayed there was not very satisfactory. My biggest complaint is about the Wifi connection which was not at all reliable. I had to resort to my personal Wifi most of the time for connecting to the net. If this is not rectified I am afraid you will lose repeat customers.

Clean, tidy, easy - everything you'd expect from accommodation of this sort. Too little parking onsite - I had to get permission to park in the disabled bay. Too noisy - this hotel is located on the ring road, and really should have better noise insulation!

This was a really nice few nights in Leicester and everything seemed to be as good as it could be. The breakfast was simple and hot. Parking was a little tricky, but was done on the premises, though there is alternatives nearby.

Every thing was good only 15/09/2021 Wednesday 2 receptionist in night shift at 12:30 am was working. They are very rude. They don’t know how to work at reception and how to talk with guest. Manager Ewa was very helpful.

Dirty bathroom, pillows as flat as a pancake and full menu only Monday-Thursday.

The location makes it really noisy with the road and there were some people outside the hotel who were arguing and also someone sleeping in a doorway nearby.

Not as good as previous stays. TV not working properly despite attention by staff. Some public area carpets stained. Air cooling system not working in room.

The bathroom door didn’t close. The bathroom smelled really bad. The bed was hard. The pillows were hard and there wasn’t enough, 3 pillows for 2 people. I will not be staying here again.

House keeping left a lot to be desired, left a towel for laundry, was put back on rack, there was one toilet roll second one was not replaced..used coffee mug was not replaced overnight...sad but little things have to be looked at.

This hotel is very handy for the centre. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious! On-site parking is limited but we had no problems on the night we stayed. I thought it was really good value.
