Feel relaxed and comfortable

My husband spent the first 30 minutes of our stay wiping down all the surfaces because he kept finding hair everywhere. The shower had hair stuck to the walls, everything was covered in dust and hair, it was kind of gross. The walls in the toilet room had dried, brown spots on them- really gross. It was too late in the day for us to find another room. The front desk lady was very friendly in working with us on cancelling our reservation for the remaining days, and said she would talk with housekeeping. We had paid for breakfast, but didn't trust the cleanliness of the kitchen and ate elsewhere.

For Ibis 1star Budget hotel this was fine. We had room 330. The only problem we had was that the water did not leave well in the shower and the normal sink.

Got a great tip on a walking distance restaurant. Great check-in and check-out. Room was very small but very clean. Comfortable bed!

First time in an Ibis Budget. Great value without losing the Ibis quality. Comfortable, clean, friendly.

The room is clean and comfortable. The check in system is nice and convenient. The only problem for me is there is no elevator in this hotel. I took two luggages weighing 46kg with me. And I was given a room at third floor. I'm only 46kg weight and 158cm tall. I'm almost dying pulling my luggages to the third floor at midnight after long distance travel, and no one can help me. I tried to make a phone call but the person who pick up the phone couldn't speak English. I felt really frustrated. Hope you can make some progress to solve this kind of peoblem.

More than you'd expect for the money

Very nice breakfast, clean room. Public transport nearby. Go to bei Bruno restaurant.

The breakfast it is poor and not satisfying, the dirty towels and other things deposited on the hallway (lobby) creates a disturbing image and not professional.

I had a great time. The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet outside, so it was very nice to sleep there. The only thing I would suggest is to have warmer breakfast, like fried eggs for instance.

Everything was fine, but you need a bigger car park

I left my belt in the room,and I asked for it per telephone next day, but they said they did not find anything !!!? This is the first time that this happens. I also had previously left some brochures in the same hotel but it was found later.

My stay was good, and I had no problem with the room. However, there was no iron available at the reception. Since a lot of business travellers come to this hotel, having an iron is essential. I would think twice before booking a room here again, since there is no iron available. Also, the breakfast could have been better. There was only bread and cheese and cereal. A little more (perhaps croissants or more fruit like bananas) would have been nice.
