Just a good spot for a budget night stay if you have a car. The corridor was stinking with cigrette smoke throughout the stay. Took a while to find the entrance as it was pitch dark in the night and I had to do a self checkin (which was seamless).

There was no reception or human contact whatsoever. This may be the concept of the 'Ibis budget' motel you have, but it should be made perfectly clear to the customer when he books a room in your establishment and pays 60 euros for a stay that lasts less than 10 hours. The shower looked in terrible condition and the way it is built is extremely dangerous, its a completely flat surface, making it highly likely to slip in and have water spill everywhere. My partner has a mild allergy to dust and I have none, but because of the amount of dust in the room and specifically on the bed, we didn't stop sneezing all night. Therefore we barely ended up sleeping at all, and the whole point of book a room just for the night was to rest well. And finally, the next morning, at barely 9:00 am, one of the cleaners knocked on the door, and after we didn't answer (because we were sleeping), he simply decided to open the door to our room! Are you serious?! We were naked! And it was 9:00 in the morning! What is the matter with your service??? An absolute nightmare, horrible experience and I am absolutely shocked that you charged me 60 euros for this terrible experience. I demand a full refund and an explanation as to why we had to suffer so much at your motel.

Rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. About the disturbance from the cleaner, we would like to explain that they don't go in rooms if "Don't disturb" sign is outside the door and simply can't access it if it is locked from inside by pulling up the door handle but he can't know if there is still someone in the room if there isn't any of these. We apologize for the experience and therefore would like to make a credit refund in the amount of 30€ which can be transferred to your account. To this end, as we don't have the ability to credit directly on your credit card, we would need your IBAN for the bank transfer. Sincerely,

I booked this place for my group of 12 Diabetes Dads - our kids have Type 1 Diabetes - on our charity cycle from London to Paris. This was enroute and close enough for lovely ride into Paris via Versailles, enough accommodation and had a storage area for the bikes. Plus there was a large supermarket with restaurants nearby Booking was easy, communication was great and check in was quick. We'd stay here again.

Simple, but enough space and very clean. Excellent value for the price

I need a not expensive hotel when I visit my mother. It is a simple accommodation, but the bed is comfortable, the room is spacious for this category and it was perfectly clean. And perfectly cleaned every day!

The reception was good and the room basic - a budget room. I was a little put off by the lingering smell of old smoke - as a non-smoker I'm very sensitive. Breakfast was good, something for most tastes/diets. While conscious that this is a budget hotel, the lack of a kettle & cup for my evening hot drink was noticeable. I was alone in the room so the fact that there were only 2 pillows was not a problem but had we been two people, I would have missed the extra pillow and a very light cover(duvet) meant having to up the heating. Overall, a not unpleasant budget experience and fine as for only one night.
