Everything was clean, neat. Room well designed. Bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep. Breakfast room spacious and food oustanding. All staff courteous and well trained.

Great people, great location, but ... a few things need attention

Your people are amazing: all of them. I also love the hotel location. I will definitely return. However, I think that with a little effort, you can make your hotel much better. For example, in my room, the safe was not attached to the wall, so I asked to be moved to another room. But in the other room, the safe was loosely attached to the wall. Hey, let's firmly attach all safes to the wall please. This is important. Let's talk about the bathroom now. The cold faucet in my sink was dripping. This can be easily fixed, so please take care of it. Once you do, your water bill will go down a lot and my hotel stay will be improved. As for my toilet paper dispenser, the cover fell off every time I pulled a sheet of toilet paper. And in my shower, the "hot" sign on the hot shower handle fell off every time I touched it. In summary, you have a lot of little things in the room that can be easily fixed. Fixing these things will cost money, but I'm confident that they will result in improved customer satisfaction and return visits.

Someone inside the hotel contacted our room and asked for our credit card information (we didn't do it). The hotel did not give us any response. A real fraud!
