Stayed for a gig at the Arena. 10 minute walk away. Next to Wembley Stadium overground and 15 minute walk from Wembley Park underground. Right next to the Designer Outlook with shops and restaurants. Small room, but very clean and tidy. Decent breakfast. Reasonable price too. Would return without any worries.

The staff was amazing. Really warm welcoming feeling as soon as you step through the door. The room nice and clean and really just wonderful staff!! They really did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable.

I stayed 2 nights here at the Wembley ibis with my friend, unfortunately I regret this stay as the bed itself well I couldn’t even call it a bed it was basically a concrete block with a inch thick mattress topper, we ordered a pizza at the bar and then 45 minutes later I went to ask where it was the guy went to go and see it came out cold like it had been sat there for the whole 45 minutes when I asked for a fresh one I got turned away £12.00 I cost me I would recommend staying at the premier inn next door. Also had to pay a £80 sur charge and it took 4 days to go back into my account

Firstly, the air con did not work in the room, which lead to an unpleasant sleep due to being far to hot and not being able to cool the room down I found a hair in my breakfast and when flagging to the member of staff, he just said “oh” and took it away. No apology Lastly, when checking out, we were not asked how our stay was which I found particularly rude

Stayed here as we wanted to be close to Wembley. Check in staff were overly welcoming. Room was small, bathroom wasn’t a clean as you would hope. Coffee/tea making facilities could have had more options. Beds were extremely close together.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and pillows were like bricks! Bathroom was far to small and slippy I fell due to bath mat being far to small. Staff were very friendly and location was great especially when using public transport.

You know what you're getting with the Ibis, and this one was definitely up to the standard I expect. Good value, clean and comfortable. The Wembley stadium Ibis is situated right next to the Wembley Stadium train station making it very easy to get in central London. I'd definitely stay here again

as a loyal guest am sad that you keep losing so many excellent employees , every time i seem to come theres a new receptionist and one of the OLDER ones has left. You should cherish your stff they are the backbone of your business , so many have gone , Validimir , Majid , Nema to name but 3 , and many other great workers. on this stay my thanks go to MATT , new member and Marie Louise. thank you both

We do treasure our employees, however in our tiny team there is limited room to grow, and sometimes the best thing for our team is to take up a promotion in one of our sister hotels. As a company we pride ourselves on home growing our managers, and we have several development programs that support that. To give you an example, I started as a kitchen porter in Ibis about 10 years ago and grew through the ranks and brands that Accor has to offer as an employer. However sad we are to loose some of our team in the hotel, sometimes the best option for them is to try different brands and positions within the hotels and head office. Very bad quality of windows. We heard during whole night the wind in our room. We tried to put something to big space between frame of window and window but it didn´t work. You should change the windows in your hotel.

Stay was good and staffs were friendly. I stayed for 14 nights, I saw the same menu everyday for breakfast. It was really dissatisfying. You need to correct this, bcas in a way it is an insult to your guest. We all know nothing comes free in this world. Other than this one part, all is good. Room was cleaned every day.
